Description
Claims (15)
- 配合された所定の溶液を堆積面に向けて電界紡糸又は電界スプレーする携帯型手持ち式の装置であって、
耐久部と、
消耗部を取り外し可能に収容する半耐久部と、
を有し、
前記半耐久部は、前記耐久部に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、
前記耐久部は、前記半耐久部に高電圧を供給し、ユーザからの手動入力を受けて、駆動機構と少なくとも1つの電極への高電圧の印加とを制御して、前記溶液に印加する電界を生成し、前記溶液を前記半耐久部のノズルから前記堆積面へ向けて電界紡糸又は電界スプレーするユーザコントロールインタフェースを有し、
前記半耐久部は、前記少なくとも1つの電極に高電圧を供給し、
ノズル先端から前記溶液を送り出す前記ノズルと、
前記ノズルの内部に設けられた前記少なくとも1つの電極と、
を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの電極は、前記少なくとも1つの電極を取り囲む導電体部を有し、前記少なくとも1つの電極の一部が、前記導電体部の第1側面から延びており、
前記導電体部は、少なくとも1つの第2電極を形成しており、
前記導電体部の前記第1側面の反対側の面であって、前記消耗部から離れる方向に向いている第2側面は、第2平面部の外向側面に対応しており、前記第2側面は、前記第2側面から延びる1つ以上の突起を有する、
携帯型手持ち式の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電極は、中空チューブをさらに有し、前記中空チューブは、前記導電体部の前記第1側面から延びる前記少なくとも1つの電極の一部である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記消耗部の収容器は、密閉されており、前記少なくとも1つの電極を介して前記半耐久部に収容される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記消耗部が、前記半耐久部に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記半耐久部が、前記耐久部に取り外し可能に取り付けられた場合、前記消耗部の第1端部は、前記半耐久部の内部に配置されており、前記消耗部の前記第1端部の反対側の第2端部は、前記耐久部の内部に配置されている、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルの内部の前記少なくとも1つの電極は、中空チューブ部と、前記中空チューブ部の周方向に延びる延出部とを有する、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記耐久部から前記半耐久部に高電圧を供給する高電圧線をさらに有し、前記高電圧線は、前記半耐久部の絶縁体及び/又は前記耐久部の絶縁体で取り囲まれている、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 10°~60°のツイストロックであって、前記耐久部に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記半耐久部が前記耐久部に取り外し可能に取り付けられている場合、前記半耐久部と係合するため及び係合解除するために10°~60°回転するカラーを有するツイストロックをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ以上の突起は、2つの突起を有し、前記突起は、前記第2平面部の前記外向側面に対称的に配置されている、請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 導電性部は、前記第2側面に設けられた前記ユーザコントロールインタフェースの反対側に位置する、請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の側面視において、前記消耗部の一部が、前記半耐久部と重なっている、請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記半耐久部が重なっている前記消耗部の部分は、前記消耗部の長さの少なくとも10%である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記耐久部は、前記装置を接地するための導電性部を前記耐久部の外面に有する、請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記半耐久部と前記耐久部とを接続すると、接合ロッドが、前記耐久部の端部から前記半耐久部の内部まで延びて、電気的に及び機械的に接続され、前記接合ロッドの端部が、弾性部材と連結する、請求項1~12の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記半耐久部が前記耐久部に取り付けられたときに、前記導電体部のアームに接触するか、又は接触させるように前記半耐久部に配置されており、前記接触により電気導電路が形成される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記半耐久部の外側側壁の半径方向内側に位置し、及び/又は、前記弾性部材の長手方向軸は、前記ノズルの導電性中空チューブの長手方向軸と同じ方向に延びている、請求項13に記載の装置。
