Claims (4)
- 流体通路が形成されたバルブボディ内の弁座と当接離間して流体の流通を開閉する弁体を一端部に備る第1ステムを含むバルブユニットと、
前記第1ステムと接続機構によって接続させられる第2ステムを含み、前記バルブユニットに取り付けられる駆動ユニットと、を有するバルブであって、
前記接続機構は、前記第2ステム及び第1ステムのいずれか一方に形成された凹所であって内周面の所定位置に溝が形成された第1凹所と、前記第2ステム及び第1ステムのいずれか他方に形成された第2凹所と、前記第1凹所及び第2凹所内に収容させられるステムピンと、前記ステムピンを前記他方側に付勢する付勢部材と、前記第2凹所の側壁を水平に貫通する側壁貫通孔と、当該側壁貫通孔に入るボールとを含み構成され、
前記第2凹所を形成する前記第2ステム及び第1ステムのいずれかのステム端部を、第1凹所内の所定位置まで挿通すると、前記ステムピンは前記付勢部材によって付勢され第2凹所の所定位置に配置させられ、前記ボールは、前記溝の表面と前記ステムピンの側面とで挟持されて固定され、前記第2ステムと前記第1ステムとが接続固定させられることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記第2凹所とつながり、該第2凹所と直交方向に貫通する貫通孔がさらに形成され、当該貫通孔に挿入される押えピンによって、前記第2ステムと前記第1ステムとの接続が解除されるバルブであって、
前記ステムピンは、前記貫通孔側に細径部を有し、さらに、当該細径部に連なる太径部を有し、前記第2ステムと前記第1ステムとが接続固定された際の前記ボールとの接触面が前記太径部の側面であり、
前記押えピンを前記貫通孔に挿入すると、前記押えピンの側面が前記ステムピンの前記細径部側の端面を前記付勢部材側に押して、前記ボールのステムピンとの接触が前記太径部の側面から離れて、前記第2ステムと前記第1ステムとの接続が解除される請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記溝が環状溝である請求項1または2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブが、ベローズを備えるベローズバルブである請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
