The present disclosure relates to a component mounting machine.

Even if the above-mentioned component mounting machine can detect abnormalities in the servo motor, it cannot detect misalignment such as misalignment of the suction nozzle of the head unit or misalignment of the board recognition camera, resulting in unplanned stoppages due to misalignment. There is a possibility that this may occur. As described above, the above-mentioned component mounter does not perform position measurements that can be used to determine the positional deviation of the suction nozzle or the positional deviation of the board recognition camera, and therefore cannot detect abnormalities before they occur.
A component mounter of the present disclosure is a component mounter equipped with a head unit, and includes a measurement unit that measures the position of a target object and also measures the position of a marker that serves as a reference for specifying the position of the target object. a correction unit that calculates the corrected position of the object by correcting the measured position of the object so that the measured position of the marker matches its reference position; A relative positional relationship between the position of the target object and the position of the target object is determined in advance, and the position of the target object calculated from the position of the marker and the relative positional relationship is set as the reference position of the target object.
[Description of embodiments of the present disclosure]
First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be listed and described.
(1) The component mounter of the present disclosure is a component mounter equipped with a head unit, and measures the position of a target object as well as the position of a marker that serves as a reference for specifying the position of the target object. and a correction unit that calculates the corrected position of the object by correcting the measured position of the object so that the measured position of the marker matches its reference position. , the relative positional relationship between the position of the target object and the position of the marker is determined in advance, and the position of the target object calculated from the position of the marker and the relative positional relationship is used as a reference for the target object. In the case of position, the component mounting machine uses determination logic to identify an abnormal location when the corrected position of the target object deviates from the reference position of the target object.
By measuring the position of the marker using the measurement unit, it is possible to measure the amount of change in the position of the target due to thermal changes or dynamic deformation. The position after correction can be calculated. By checking the corrected position of the object, it is possible to know the state of the object, such as positional deviation. If the corrected position of the object deviates from the reference position of the object, the abnormality can be identified using the determination logic, so the abnormality can be detected before it occurs.
(2) The target object is a mounting head provided in the head unit, the mounting head sucks the component and mounts the component on the board by moving the mounting head, and the measurement unit Preferably, the camera is used to prevent the mounting position of the camera from shifting.
By measuring the corrected position of an object that may cause a component mounting position shift, it is possible to detect an abnormality before a large mounting position shift occurs. In addition, by identifying abnormalities using determination logic, it is possible to identify objects that should be replaced or repaired.
(3) The marker is a head unit marker that serves as a reference for specifying the position of the mounting head, and the camera is a component camera that measures the position of the mounting head and the position of the head unit marker. It is preferable that there be. It is preferable to use a determination logic that can distinguish between positional changes due to thermal changes and positional changes due to mechanical factors.
By measuring the position of the component camera, the position of the mounting head, and the position of the head unit marker, which can cause a component mounting position shift, it is possible to detect an abnormality before a large mounting position shift occurs. In addition, by identifying abnormalities using determination logic, it is possible to identify parts of the head unit that should be replaced or repaired.
(4) A component mounting machine comprising a base and a head unit provided on the base, wherein a base marker is arranged on the upper surface of the base, and the head unit measures the position of the base marker. A mark camera is provided, and the base marker is fixed to the base, and the position of the base marker does not change. Therefore, when the position of the base marker is set as the reference position of the base marker, the mark camera If the measured position of the base marker deviates from the reference position of the base marker, it is preferable to use determination logic to identify an abnormal location. It is preferable to use a determination logic that can distinguish between positional changes due to thermal changes and positional changes due to mechanical factors.
If the corrected position of the base marker deviates from the reference position of the base marker, the abnormality can be identified using the determination logic, so the abnormality can be detected before it occurs. That is, by measuring the position of the mark camera and the position of the base marker, which may cause a component mounting position shift, it is possible to detect an abnormality before a large mounting position shift occurs. Furthermore, by identifying the abnormal location, it is possible to identify the parts of the mark camera and base marker that should be replaced or corrected.
(5) A storage unit that stores the corrected position of the target object calculated by the correction unit, and the corrected position of the target object stored by the storage unit at the time of next and subsequent measurements by the measurement unit. Preferably, the position is used as a reference position for the object.
Production can continue without mechanical repairs, reducing the time required for repairs.
(6) a control unit that automatically sequentially executes a measurement operation by the measurement unit, a correction calculation operation by the correction unit, and a storage operation by the storage unit with a single input operation; It is preferable to include a display unit that displays the corrected position of the target object.
Self-diagnosis becomes easier because all operations can be performed and abnormalities can be identified with a single input operation.

<Position correction using head unit marker>
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of mounting
Since the relative positional relationship of each mounting
The amount of deviation (hereinafter referred to as "marker deviation amount") between the XY position of the

By measuring the position of the marker (head unit marker 37) using the measurement unit (component camera 15), it is possible to measure the amount of change in the position of the object (mounting head 32) due to thermal changes or dynamic deformation. By correcting the measured position of the target object based on this, the corrected position of the target object can be calculated. By checking the corrected position of the object, it is possible to know the state of the object, such as positional deviation. If the corrected position of the object deviates from the reference position of the object, the abnormal location can be identified using judgment logic (A), (B), and (C), so the abnormality can be detected before it occurs. .

The center of rotation of the mounting
