Description

The present invention relates to a method of packaging articles such as fire detectors.

Conventionally, when shipping fire detectors, etc. to the installation location, individual packaging boxes were prepared according to the size of the fire detectors, and after being placed in the individual packaging boxes, the items were shipped together in a combined box. .

Additionally, when fire detectors are packaged in individual boxes, they are placed in cushioning material made of paper patterns or Styrofoam to withstand shock during transportation.

Furthermore, there is a packaging material that also serves as a dustproof cover for a fire detector, which connects the packaging materials with the fire detector housed in the sensor housing section by fitting them together, making it easy to combine multiple packaging materials. Compared to the case where they are connected and packaged in individual boxes, costs can be reduced and the amount of waste can be reduced (Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-298035

However, in this conventional packaging, each fire detector is placed in an individual box, so if the number of fire detectors increases, it takes time to pack it, and a large number of individual boxes are required. There is a problem in that a large storage space is required to manage the inventory of boxes.

In addition, since the fire detectors are removed from the individual boxes and installed at the installation location where they are shipped, the individual boxes and cushioning materials used for packaging become a large amount of waste, and the boxes need to be crushed and cleaned up. It takes time and effort.

In addition, when it comes to connecting packaging materials, it takes time and effort to connect them, and the connection strength is not very strong, so it is necessary to set cushioning materials in order to store and transport them in bulk boxes. .

(basic effect)
The present invention relates to a packaging bag including a rectangular flexible inner bag having an opening on one side, a sealing part provided at the opening of the inner bag that can be opened and closed, and an inner bag other than the sealing part. A rectangular flexible outer bag that stores the bag, a buffer layer formed by filling gas between the inner bag and the outer bag, and a sealing part that is closed and the inner bag is sealed. , has a check valve that exhausts gas from inside the inner bag and stops ventilation from the outside into the inner bag, and has an exhaust port located on the other side opposite to the opening of the inner bag, and an external The outer bag has a check valve that stops ventilation from the buffer layer to the outside, and a filling port arranged in the outer bag, and the outer bag has one side that is the exhaust port side of the inner bag. It has a ventilation path to the exhaust port and is sealed together with the inner bag, and the other side of the inner bag on the opening side is sealed so that the opening can be opened and closed by a sealing part and a buffer layer can be formed. Therefore , an item such as a fire detector is placed inside the inner bag, the sealing part is closed, and in this state, the air inside the inner bag is removed from the exhaust port, and the inner bag is tightly attached to the outside of the item. By filling air between the outer bag and the inner bag and inflating it, a buffer layer is formed. This completes the individual packaging process, and by shipping multiple bags together, for example in a box, it is possible to detect fires. Compared to packing each item such as a container in a cushioning material and packing it in an individual box, the packing process is easier, and the packaging bag can be stored folded into a sheet, which saves space for storage. It can also save space.
Further, according to the packing method of the present invention, effects similar to those of the above-mentioned packing bag can be obtained.

Further, while the article is being transported, the buffer layer of the outer bag formed to cover the inner bag functions as an air bag, thereby reliably preventing damage to the packaged article.

Furthermore, when the bag is unpacked at the destination, the used packaging bag becomes waste, but if the air in the buffer layer is removed, it easily returns to a sheet form, reducing the amount of waste. Moreover, it can be reused relatively easily.

(Effect of tightly fixing the outer bag and inner bag opening)
In addition, since the opening of the outer bag provided for storing the inner bag and/or the opening of the outer bag provided for taking out the exhaust port of the inner bag to the outside is tightly fixed to the inner bag, the outer bag By filling air between the inner bags and inflating them, a buffer layer can be reliably formed.

(Effects due to close contact or connection of inner bag and outer bag)
In addition, the outer bag may open the inner bag at one or more locations other than the opening of the outer bag provided for storing the inner bag and the opening of the outer bag provided for taking out the exhaust port of the inner bag to the outside. Because the outer bag is in close contact with or connected to the outside, when the outer bag is filled with air and inflated as a buffer layer, the contact part or connected part between the inner bag and the outer bag is depressed, and a plurality of buffer cells are formed around which the inner bag and the outer bag are inflated. The articles closely stored in the inner bag are supported in a floating state through the buffer layer in the outer bag, thereby providing high cushioning properties and reliably preventing damage to the articles.

(Effect of bubble buffer sheet)
In addition, when the outer bag is provided with a bubble buffer sheet, the buffering effect of the bubble buffer sheet is synergized, and even higher cushioning properties can be obtained.

(Effects due to the transparency of the packaging bag)
In addition, by making the inner bag and/or outer bag transparent or semi-transparent, for example, by making the inner bag and outer bag transparent, it is possible to easily identify the item being packed and the state of the package. For example, if the inner bag is opaque and the outer bag is transparent or translucent, it will be possible to check the outside of the bag before it is packed in a bulk box or when it is removed from the cardboard box. It is possible to check the packaging state of the articles tightly stored in the inner bag through the outer bag while reducing the deterioration of the articles due to light.

(Effects due to bag shape)
In addition, the inner bag and outer bag can be rectangular, drawstring-shaped, or have a predetermined shape that corresponds to the items to be packed. If they are rectangular or purse-shaped, they can be used for general-purpose packaging regardless of the items to be stored. Moreover, by making the bag shape into a predetermined shape corresponding to the article to be packed, it is possible to optimally package the shape and size of the article.

(Effect of thickness of inner bag and outer bag)
Furthermore, since the inner bag is made thinner than the outer bag, the inner bag can be made thinner to increase its flexibility, and the outer bag can be made thicker to increase its rigidity .

[Structure of packing bag]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of the packaging bag, with FIG. 1(A) showing the external appearance and FIG. 1(B) showing the cross section. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the inner bag and outer bag of the packaging bag separated.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging bag 10 of this embodiment has a double bag structure including an inner bag 12 and an outer bag 14. The inner bag 12 has a flexible rectangular bag shape with an opening (bag mouth) 16 formed at one end, and a sealing part 18 is provided in the opening 16. The sealing part 18 is provided with two protrusions on one side of the two strip members, and two grooves are formed on the other side facing the two strip members, and when the slider 20 moves in the closing direction, the protrusions fit into the grooves. The opening 16 is closed, and by moving the slider 20 in the opening direction, the protrusion is removed from the groove and the opening 16 is opened. Further, an exhaust port 22 equipped with a check valve 24 is taken out from the bottom side of the inner bag 12.

The outer bag 14 has a flexible rectangular shape larger in size than the inner bag 12, and in an initial state, there is no opening on the side edge except for a filling port 26, which will be described later, and there is no opening on the side edge (the opening of the bag) and the opposite side thereof. The bottom edge is open. An exhaust port 22 of the inner bag 12 equipped with a check valve 24 is taken out from the bottom opening.

The opening 16 of the inner bag 12 is taken out from the bag opening of the outer bag 14, and the exhaust port 22 of the inner bag equipped with a check valve 24 is taken out from the bottom opening of the outer bag 14. That's what I do. With the inner bag 12 being placed in the outer bag 14 in this manner, a contact portion 30 is formed along the bag mouth side of the outer bag to tightly fix the outer bag 14 and the inner bag 12 in a band-like manner. By forming a contact portion 32 along the bottom side of the outer bag 14 from which the exhaust port 22 of the inner bag 12 is taken out to the outside and tightly fixing the outer bag 14 and the inner bag 12 in a band shape, the bag of the outer bag 14 is The opening and the bottom end are sealed, and a buffer layer 36 is formed between the inner bag 12 and the inner bag 12, which is inflated when filled with gas (air in this embodiment).

Note that the exhaust port 22 of the inner bag 12 equipped with the check valve 24 may be taken out to the outside of the outer bag 14 from the bag mouth or the side, in addition to the bottom. In this case, in addition to the contact part 30, Another contact part is formed at the take-out part (side edge of the outer bag) where the exhaust port 22 of the inner bag 12 is taken out from the outer bag 14, and the air outlet 22 of the inner bag 12 is brought into close contact. Furthermore, a contact portion 32 may be formed on the bottom side as well.

Note that the outlet (opening) of the outer bag 14 for taking out the exhaust port 22 of the inner bag 12 from the outer bag 14 may be shorter than the length of the edge of the outer bag 14 on which it is provided. In this case, the length of the contact portion may be sufficient as long as it can correspondingly seal the outlet.

Further, the tight contact portion only needs to be able to seal at least the bag opening of the outer bag and the outlet of the exhaust port 22 of the inner bag 12, and the close contact portion of the outlet is not required to tightly fix the outer bag 14 and the inner bag 12. .

Here, the material for the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 is a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or a thin film sheet such as polyvinyl chloride or polyvinylidene chloride. The outer bag 14 is made of a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, which has high strength, and since the outer bag 14 requires strength, it is made of polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, or the like. For example, even if they are made of the same material, the inner bag 12 may be made thinner to increase its flexibility, and the outer bag 14 may be made thicker to increase its rigidity.

The inner bag 12 is covered with the outer bag 14, and the exhaust port 22 is taken out from the rear of the inner bag 14 through a contact portion 32 with the outer bag 14. The exhaust port 22 is opened by sucking out the air inside the inner bag 12 using an appropriate suction device when the item to be packed, such as a fire detector, is stored in the inner bag 12 and the sealing part 18 is closed. The inner bag 12 is brought into close contact with the outside of the article to be discharged and packed.

A check valve 24 is provided at the exhaust port 22, and the check valve 24 allows the flow of air from the inside of the inner bag 12 to the outside to pass therethrough, but blocks the flow of air from the outside to the inside of the inner bag 12. Therefore, even if a suction device is connected to the exhaust port 22 to suck out and discharge the air inside the inner bag 12, and the suction device is removed from the exhaust port 22 after suction, air will not enter the inner bag 12. , the inner bag 12 is maintained in close contact with the article.

Further, a filling port 26 is taken out from the side of the outer bag 14. The filling port 26 is located inside the outer bag 14 and is connected to a pressurized hose from a compressor or the like to fill the space between the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 with pressurized air to inflate the buffer layer. 36 is expanded and formed.

A check valve 28 is provided in the filling port 26 to allow air to pass from the outside to the inside of the outer bag 14 and to block air from flowing from the inside to the outside. Therefore, even if a pressurized hose is connected to the filling port 26 and compressed air is filled, and the pressurized hose is removed from the filling port 26 after filling, the pressurized air in the buffer layer 36 will not flow out to the outside. The expanded state of the buffer layer 36 is maintained.

The check valves 24 and 28 may be provided with bellows valve bodies whose opening and closing directions are in one predetermined direction, or, for example, the exhaust port 22 and the filling port 26 may be sealed by thermocompression bonding after being evacuated and filled. It's okay. Furthermore, instead of filling the filling port 26 with pressurized air using a pressurized hose or the like, the operator may simply blow air into the filling port 26 to inflate it like a balloon.

As shown in FIG. 2 with the inner bag 12 and outer bag 14 separated, the outer bag 14 has a flexible rectangular bag shape with an opening 14a formed at one end, and a filling port 26 with a check valve 28 on the side. is provided. The inner bag 12 is a flexible rectangular bag with a small size that can be inserted through the opening 14a of the outer bag 14, and the opening 16 is provided with a sealing part 18 that is opened and closed by a slider 20. An exhaust port 22 with a check valve 24 is provided.

In manufacturing the packaging bag 10 shown in FIG. 1, after separately manufacturing the inner bag 12 and outer bag 14 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the two parts of the bag mouth side and the bottom side are brought into close contact with each other in a band shape by thermocompression bonding or the like to form the contact parts 30 and 32. The packaging bag 10 having a double bag structure of the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 can be manufactured by any suitable manufacturing procedure as required, and is not limited by the manufacturing method.

[Packaging the fire detector using a packaging bag]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing how the fire detector is packed in the packaging bag of FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 2, when packing, for example, a fire detector 40 using the packaging bag 10 shown in FIG. The sealing portion 18 is closed.

Next, when the suction hose of the suction device is connected to the exhaust port 22 and the air inside the inner bag 12 is sucked and discharged, the inner bag 12 is brought into close contact around the fire detector 40, as shown in FIG. The state will be as follows.

Next, when a pressurized hose from an air compressor or the like is connected to the filling port 26 and pressurized air is filled, the space between the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 is filled with pressurized air, and the outer bag 14 is inflated. A buffer layer 36 is expanded and formed around the fire detector 40 to which the inner bag 12 is tightly attached, and functions as an air bag against external forces.

By bundling multiple individually packaged items together, packing them in a box, and shipping them, the packing work is easier than when each fire detector 40 is set in cushioning material one by one and packed in an individual box. Furthermore, since the packaging bag can be stored folded into a sheet, the storage space can be saved.

Furthermore, while the fire detector 40 is being transported, the buffer layer 36 formed to cover the inner bag 12 within the outer bag 14 functions as an air bag, reliably preventing damage to the fire detector 40 being packaged. can.

Also, when the bag is unpacked at the destination, the used packaging bag becomes waste, but if the air is removed from the buffer layer 36, it easily returns to a sheet shape, reducing the amount of waste. Moreover, the packaging bag 10 that has been used once can be reused, and resources can be used effectively.

[Embodiment of packaging bag with striped contact area]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of a packaging bag in which an inner bag and an outer bag are connected by a striped contact part, and FIG. 4(A) shows an external appearance, and FIG. 4(B) shows a cross section.

As shown in FIG. 4, the packaging bag 10 of this embodiment is the same as the embodiment of FIG. A feature is that the bag bodies of the outer bag 14 are tightly fixed to each other by providing, for example, two stripe contact parts 38.

When the stripe contact part 38 is provided at the joint part of the bag bodies of the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 in this way, as shown in FIG. Later, when pressurized air is filled between the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 from the filling port 26, the outer bag 14 expands outward except for the part where it comes in close contact with the inner bag 12 due to the stripe contact part 38. A buffer layer 36 having buffer cells 34 is formed, the fire detector 40 is supported in a floating state within the outer bag 14 by the plurality of semicylindrical buffer cells 34, and the plurality of buffer cells are inflated with compressed air. 34 in a dispersed state, and when an external force such as an impact is applied, the plurality of buffer cells 34 deform and absorb the external force by dispersing it at multiple points, thereby further increasing the cushioning performance. .

[Embodiment of packaging bag with spot contact portion]
FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing an embodiment of a packaging bag in which an inner bag and an outer bag are connected by a spot contact portion. As shown in FIG. 6, the packaging bag 10 of this embodiment is the same as the embodiment of FIG. A feature is that the bag bodies of the outer bag 14 are closely fixed to each other by providing, for example, a plurality of spot contact parts 42.

When the spot contact portion 42 for tightly fixing the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 is provided in this way, after the fire detector 40 is housed in the inner bag 12 and the air is sucked and exhausted, the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 are When pressurized air is filled from the filling port 26 during this period, the outer bag 14 expands outward except for the part where the spot contact part 42 contacts the inner bag 12, so that the plurality of hemispherical buffer cells communicate with each other. The fire detector 40 can be supported in a floating state within the outer bag 14, and can also be supported in a dispersed state by a plurality of buffer cells inflated with compressed air. Therefore, when an external force such as an impact is applied, the plurality of buffer cells deform and absorb the external force by distributing it at a plurality of points, thereby further improving the shock absorbing properties.

[Embodiment of packaging bag using foam cushioning sheet]
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing an embodiment of a packaging bag in which an outer bag is provided with a bubble buffer sheet. As shown in FIG. 7, the packaging bag 10 of this embodiment is the same as the embodiment of FIG. 1 in that it has a double bag structure consisting of an inner bag 12 and an outer bag 14, but A bubble buffer sheet 46 having a large number of bubbles inside is provided.

By providing the bubble buffer sheet 46 in the outer bag 14 in this way, the buffering function of the bubble buffer sheet 46 provided inside the outer bag 14 can be achieved without filling pressurized air between the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14. Therefore, even if an external force such as a shock is applied, the housed fire detector will not be damaged.

Also in this embodiment, pressurized air may be filled between the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 to form a buffer layer, and in this case, the outer bag 14 may be greatly dented due to strong external force. However, the buffering function of the bubble buffer sheet 46 and the buffering function of pressurized air work together to ensure even higher cushioning performance.

[Modification of the present invention]
(Packaging bag that does not bring the inner bag and outer bag into close contact)
In another embodiment of the packaging bag according to the present invention, the inner bag 12 and the outer bag 14 are each provided with a separate sealing part that can be opened and closed, and the inner bag 12 has an exhaust port 22 with a check valve 24. A filling port 26 with a check valve 28 is provided in the outer bag 14. The outer bag 14 may not be provided with an outlet for the exhaust port 22, and the exhaust port 22 may be housed within the outer bag 14. To pack an article, put the article into the inner bag 12, close the sealing part, suck air from the exhaust port 22 to make it adhere to the article, and in this state, put the inner bag 12 into the outer bag 14 and close the sealing part. is closed, and pressurized air is filled through the filling port 26 to inflate the buffer layer to form an expanded buffer layer.

(Transparency of packaging bag)
In the packaging bag shown in the above embodiment, the inner bag and/or outer bag may be either transparent or translucent. For example, by making the inner bag and outer bag transparent, it is possible to check what the packaged item is and the state of its packaging from the outside. If it is made transparent, it is possible to reduce the deterioration of the product due to external light such as sunlight before it is packed in the bulk box or when it is taken out of the bulk box, and it is also stored tightly in the inner bag via the outer bag. You can check the packaging status of the delivered items.

(bag shape)
In the above embodiment, the inner bag and outer bag constituting the packaging bag are rectangular, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the bag may be shaped like a purse or have a predetermined shape corresponding to the article to be packed. If the inner bag and outer bag that make up the packaging bag are rectangular or drawstring-shaped, they can be used for relatively general-purpose packaging regardless of the item, and they can also be made into a predetermined shape that corresponds to the item to be packed. This allows for optimal packaging without being affected by the shape or size of the item.

(Connection of inner bag and outer bag)
In the above embodiment, by partially fixing the inner bag and the outer bag in close contact with each other using the stripe contact part or the spot contact part, when the outer bag and the inner bag are filled with air and inflated, the outer bag Although the inner bag is supported in a floating state, the inner bag and the outer bag may be partially connected by a tape-like connecting member. Further, an adhesive may be used to tightly fix the inner bag and the outer bag.
