Description

Claims (20)
- 凍結手順を受けている間に冷凍保存バッグ内の液体材料を成形するためのシステムであって、
液体材料を受け入れるように構成された内部領域を画定するシールされた周辺部を有する冷凍保存バッグであって、前記内部領域が内周形状を有する冷凍保存バッグと、
外周部を有するとともに、前記内部領域の内周形状と略同じ形状の切り取り部を有する一対のクッション部材であって、前記一対のクッション部材の間に前記冷凍保存バッグを挟むように構成された一対のクッション部材と、
前記一対のクッション部材の外周部と略同じ外周部を有するとともに、窓部を備える一対のフレーム部材であって、前記冷凍保存バッグ及び前記一対のクッション部材が前記一対のフレーム部材の間に挟まれたときに、前記窓部の位置が前記冷凍保存バッグの前記内部領域に略対応し、前記冷凍保存バッグ及び前記一対のクッション部材が前記一対のフレーム部材の間に挟まれたときに、前記冷凍保存バッグと前記一対のクッション部材と前記一対のフレーム部材とが容器アセンブリを提供する一対のフレーム部材と、
前記窓部の形状と略同じ外周部を有し、前記一対のフレーム部材の前記窓部の内部に最小限の公差で配置される一対のスペーサであって、それぞれに開口部が貫通して設けられた一対のスペーサと、
前記一対のクッション部材の外周部と略同じ外周部を有するとともに、平坦な内面を有する一対の熱伝導性プレートであって、凍結手順の間、前記容器アセンブリと前記一対のスペーサとを一緒に挟むように構成された一対の熱伝導性プレートと、

- 凍結手順を受けている間に冷凍保存バッグ内の液体材料を成形する方法であって、
前記冷凍保存バッグの内部領域の内周形状と略同じ形状の切り取り部をそれぞれ有する一対のクッション部材の間に前記冷凍保存バッグを配置するステップと、
前記冷凍保存バッグの前記内部領域に略対応する位置に窓部をそれぞれ備える一対のフレーム部材の間に、前記冷凍保存バッグ及び前記一対のクッション部材を配置するステップと、
前記冷凍保存バッグと前記一対のクッション部材と前記一対のフレーム部材とを一緒に固定して容器アセンブリを提供するステップと、
前記容器アセンブリの前記冷凍保存バッグの前記内部領域にアクセスして液体材料を充填するステップと、
前記容器アセンブリの前記冷凍保存バッグの前記内部領域に前記液体材料を封入するステップと、
前記冷凍保存バッグの余分な部分をトリミングするステップと、
前記一対のフレーム部材の前記窓部の内部に、前記窓部よりも小さな開口部を有するスペーサを、前記冷凍保存バッグと接触するように取り付けるステップと、
前記開口部に前記液体材料の大部分を規制するステップと、
互いに対向する2つの熱伝導性プレートの間に前記容器アセンブリ及び前記スペーサを挟むステップと、
前記開口部と前記互いに対向する2つの熱伝導性プレートによって画定される固体形状を提供するように、前記液体材料の前記大部分を凍結するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 凍結手順の間、前記容器アセンブリと前記スペーサと前記冷凍保存バッグと前記冷凍保存バッグの前記内部領域内に規制された前記液体材料とに圧縮力が作用するように、前記熱伝導性プレートの外面にクランプ圧力を加えるステップを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記互いに対向する2つの熱伝導性プレートは、平坦且つ平行な内面を有し、
前記固体形状は、2つの対向する主要な平坦且つ平行な表面を有する、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記冷凍保存バッグの前記内部領域にアクセスして充填するステップの前に、前記冷凍保存バッグと前記一対のクッション部材と前記一対のフレーム部材とをファスナで一緒に固定するステップを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
