前記各スパインが、前記各スパインの面内偏向用に構成された横方向縁部に沿ったヒンジを有し、
前記各スパインが自由遠位端を備え、
前記各スパインが、第2の半径によって画定される第2の予め成形された湾曲を有する第2の区域を備え、
前記各スパインは、前記近位側ステムから、前記第1の区域、前記第2の区域、前記直線的区域、前記自由遠位端の順に延在するように構成され、
