Claims (9)
- 測定対象物に測距光を射出する測距光射出部と、前記測定対象物からの反射測距光を受光する受光素子を有する測距光受光部と、前記測定対象物に追尾光を射出する追尾光射出部と、前記測定対象物からの反射追尾光を受光する追尾受光素子を有する追尾光受光部とを具備し、前記測距光射出部と前記測距光受光部は、前記測距光と前記追尾光とが同軸となる様に前記測距光と前記追尾光のいずれかを偏向する第1の偏向光学部材と、前記測距光及び前記追尾光を反射し前記反射測距光及び前記反射追尾光を透過する第2の偏向光学部材とを有し、前記測距光受光部及び前記追尾光受光部は、前記第2の偏向光学部材を透過した前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光の共通光路上に設けられた受光プリズムを有し、該受光プリズムは前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光とを複数回内部反射させた後、前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光とを分離し、前記反射測距光を前記受光素子に受光させると共に前記反射追尾光を前記追尾受光素子に受光させる様構成された測量装置。
- 前記受光プリズムは、前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光を内部反射させる第1プリズムと、前記反射追尾光を内部反射させる第2プリズムとを有し、前記第1プリズムと前記第2プリズムとの境界面は前記第1プリズムの前記反射測距光が射出する面と対向する面であり、前記境界面を前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光の分離面とする様構成された請求項1に記載の測量装置。
- 前記分離面は、前記反射測距光を反射し、前記反射追尾光を透過するダイクロイックフィルタ膜が設けられた請求項2に記載の測量装置。
- 前記測距光射出部は、前記測距光の発光繰返し周波数及びパルスのピークパワーを少なくとも2つの発光繰返し周波数及びパルスのピークパワーに切替え可能な発光素子を有し、前記測距光受光部は、前記反射測距光の光軸に対して挿脱可能な光量調整部材を有し、該光量調整部材は前記発光繰返し周波数及びパルスのピークパワーに対応して前記反射測距光の受光量を調整する様構成された請求項1~請求項3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の測量装置。
- 前記光量調整部材は、中心部に所定の透過率を有する膜が形成された光量調整面が形成され、該光量調整面以外の部分に反射防止膜が形成された全透過面が形成される様構成された請求項4に記載の測量装置。
- 前記第2の偏向光学部材は所定の板厚を有する多層膜光学素子であり、該多層膜光学素子は前記測距光射出部から近接した位置にある第1の入射面と、前記測距光射出部から離れた位置にある第2の入射面を有し、該第2の入射面の前記測距光と前記追尾光の入射部分に所定の反射率を有するビームスプリッタ膜が形成され、該ビームスプリッタ膜を除く部分に反射防止膜が形成され、前記測距光と前記追尾光は前記ビームスプリッタ膜で反射され、前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光は前記ビームスプリッタ膜と前記反射防止膜とを通過する様構成された請求項1~請求項5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の測量装置。
- 前記測定対象物にレーザポインタ光を照射するレーザポインタ光射出部と、前記測定対象物で反射された反射レーザポインタ光及び背景光を受光する撮像部とを更に具備し、前記レーザポインタ光射出部と前記撮像部は前記レーザポインタ光と前記背景光とが同軸となる様に前記レーザポインタ光と前記背景光のいずれかを偏向する第3の偏向光学部材を有し、前記レーザポインタ光、前記反射レーザポインタ光及び前記背景光を前記第1の入射面で反射させる様構成された請求項6に記載の測量装置。
- 前記測距光及び前記追尾光は不可視光であり、前記レーザポインタ光は可視光であり、前記第1の入射面には可視光を反射し、不可視光を透過するロングパスフィルタが設けられた請求項7に記載の測量装置。
- 水平回転モータにより水平回転軸を中心に水平回転する托架部と、該托架部に設けられ鉛直回転モータにより鉛直回転軸を中心に鉛直回転し、前記測距光と前記追尾光を前記測定対象物に照射すると共に、該測定対象物からの前記反射測距光と前記反射追尾光を受光する走査鏡と、前記水平回転モータと前記鉛直回転モータと距離測定部の駆動を制御する演算制御部とを更に具備し、該演算制御部は、前記追尾受光素子に対する前記反射追尾光の受光位置に基づき、前記測定対象物を追尾する様前記水平回転モータと前記鉛直回転モータを制御する様構成された請求項1~請求項8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の測量装置。
