Claims (9)
- バッテリーの容量及び電圧に対するバッテリー情報を取得し、前記容量及び前記電圧に基づいた微分電圧と前記容量との対応関係を示す微分プロファイルを生成するプロファイル生成部と、
前記プロファイル生成部から前記微分プロファイルを取得し、取得された微分プロファイルから複数のピークを検出し、第1容量区間に対応する微分電圧が基準値以上であるピークが存在するかについての第1分類条件と、第2容量区間に対応する微分電圧が前記基準値以上であるピークが存在するかについての第2分類条件と、を含む予め設定された複数の分類条件に基づいて、予め設定された複数のグループのうちのいずれか一つとして前記バッテリーを分類する制御部と、を含む、バッテリー分類装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記微分プロファイルの所定の容量区間において、対応する微分電圧が最も低い容量を基準にして前記第1容量区間及び前記第2容量区間を設定する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー分類装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のピークのうちの対応する微分電圧が最も大きいピークをターゲットピークとして選択し、
選択されたターゲットピークの微分電圧に基づいて第1微分電圧を決定し、
前記微分プロファイルの最低微分電圧に基づいて第2微分電圧を決定し、
前記第1微分電圧及び前記第2微分電圧のうちのより大きい値を前記基準値として設定する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー分類装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ターゲットピークの微分電圧よりも第1参照値だけ小さい値を前記第1微分電圧として決定し、
前記最低微分電圧よりも第2参照値だけ大きい値を前記第2微分電圧として決定する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー分類装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーが前記第1分類条件及び前記第2分類条件をすべて満足する場合、前記バッテリーを第1グループに分類し、
前記バッテリーが前記第1分類条件及び前記第2分類条件の少なくとも一つを満足しない場合、前記バッテリーを第2グループに分類する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー分類装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1グループに分類されたバッテリーを、黒鉛系負極材を含むBOLバッテリーまたはMOLバッテリーと決定し、
前記第2グループに分類されたバッテリーを、非黒鉛系負極材を含むバッテリー、または黒鉛系負極材を含むEOLバッテリーと決定する、請求項5に記載のバッテリー分類装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1グループに分類されたバッテリーを再使用可能なバッテリーと決定し、
前記第2グループに分類されたバッテリーを再使用不可能なバッテリーと決定する、請求項6に記載のバッテリー分類装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー分類装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- バッテリーの容量及び電圧に基づいた微分電圧と前記容量との対応関係を示す微分プロファイルを生成する微分プロファイル生成段階と、
前記微分プロファイルから複数のピークを検出する複数のピーク検出段階と、
第1容量区間に対応する微分電圧が基準値以上であるピークが存在するかについての第1分類条件と、第2容量区間に対応する微分電圧が前記基準値以上であるピークが存在するかについての第2分類条件と、を含む予め設定された複数の分類条件に基づいて、予め設定された複数のグループのうちのいずれか一つとして前記バッテリーを分類するバッテリー分類段階と、を含む、バッテリー分類方法。
