- 質量百分率で、アルミニウムを5.0~6.0%、タンタルを6.0~7.0%、チタンを0.80~1.20%、コバルトを8.0~10.0%、クロムを6.0~7.0%、モリブデンを0.30~0.90%、タングステンを5.5~6.5%、レニウムを1.70~2.30%、ハフニウムを0.05~0.15%、白金を0.70~1.30%、シリコンを0~0.15%を含み、残りがニッケル及び不可避不純物である、請求項1に記載の超合金。
- 質量百分率で、アルミニウムを5.0~6.0%、タンタルを6.0~7.0%、コバルトを8.0~10.0%、クロムを6.0~7.0%、モリブデンを0.30~0.90%、タングステンを5.5~6.5%、ハフニウムを0.05~0.15%、白金を3.70~4.30%、シリコンを0~0.15%を含み、残りがニッケル及び不可避不純物である、請求項1に記載の超合金。
- 質量百分率で、アルミニウムを5.0~6.0%、タンタルを8.5~9.5%、チタンを0.80~1.20%、コバルトを8.0~10.0%、クロムを6.0~7.0%、モリブデンを0.30~0.90%、タングステンを5.5~6.5%、レニウムを0.70~2.30%、ハフニウムを0.05~0.15%、白金を1.70~2.30%、シリコンを0~0.15%を含み、残りがニッケル及び不可避不純物である、請求項1に記載の超合金。

- 請求項1~15の何れか一項に記載の超合金を含む、ターボ機械用単結晶ブレード(20A、20B)。
- 前記超合金に堆積させた金属ボンドコート及び前記金属ボンドコートに堆積させたセラミック遮熱バリアを備える保護コーティングを備える、請求項16に記載のブレード(20A、20B)。
- 前記超合金が<001>結晶方向に配向した構造を有する、請求項16又は17に記載のブレード(20A、20B)。
- 請求項16~18の何れか一項に記載のブレード(20A、20B)を備える、ターボ機械。
