前記実施例1で、前記混合油ストリームの流量に対する前記混合油ストリーム内のPGOストリームの流量の比率を本発明の適正範囲(0.01~0.3)から逸脱するように設定した以外は、前記実施例1と同様に実施した。
Claims (15)
- ナフサ分解工程(NCC)から排出される熱分解燃料油(Pyrolysis Fuel Oil、PFO)を含むPFOストリーム、および熱分解ガス油(Pyrolysis Gas Oil、PGO)を含むPGOストリームを混合して混合油ストリームを生成するステップ(S10)と、
前記混合油ストリームをガス化工程のための燃焼室に供給するステップ(S20)とを含み、
前記混合油ストリームの単位時間当たりの流量の重量(kg/h)に対する前記混合油ストリーム内のPGOストリームの単位時間当たりの流量の重量(kg/h)の比率は0.01~0.3である、合成ガスの製造方法。 - 前記混合油ストリームの単位時間当たりの流量の重量(kg/h)に対する前記混合油ストリーム内のPGOストリームの単位時間当たりの流量の重量(kg/h)の比率は0.05~0.2である、請求項1に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。

前記PFOストリームは、前記ナフサ分解工程のガソリン精留塔の下部から排出された下部排出ストリームを第2ストリッパーに供給した後、前記第2ストリッパーの下部から排出された下部排出ストリームである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。 - 前記ガソリン精留塔の下部排出ストリームは、前記ガソリン精留塔の全体の段数に対して90%以上の段から排出され、
前記ガソリン精留塔の側部排出ストリームは、前記ガソリン精留塔の全体の段数に対して10%~70%の段から排出される、請求項10に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。 - 前記燃焼室に供給された混合油ストリームを700℃以上の温度で燃焼させるステップ(S30)をさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。
- 前記(S20)ステップにおいて、前記混合油ストリームをガス化剤とともに前記燃焼室に供給する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。
- 前記ガス化剤は、酸素、水蒸気および空気からなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項13に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。
- 前記合成ガスは、一酸化炭素および水素を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の合成ガスの製造方法。
