前記壁部は、流路に対して反対側で、前記チューブの側壁部に接続される、

Claims (5)
- 第1の流体を搬送するための平行な複数のチューブ(31)と、
前記複数のチューブの各々の端部が液密に挿入される複数の開口部をそれぞれ有する一対のヘッダープレート(11,21)と、
前記一対のヘッダープレート(11,21)に液密に接続され、第2の流体を収容するための内容積部であって前記チューブ(31)が配置される内容積部を、前記一対のヘッダープレート(11,21)とともに画定するジャケット(40)と、
前記ジャケット(40)の壁部(41)に接続される流路(51,61)であって、前記壁部(41)に形成された開口部(53,63)を通じて前記内容積部と流体連通する流路(51,61)と、
を備え、
前記ジャケット(40)の前記壁部(41)は、前記流路(51,61)に対して反対側で、前記複数のチューブ(31)の側壁部(31a)に接続され、
前記ジャケット(40)の前記壁部(41)は、前記ジャケット(40)の前記壁部(41)と一体に形成された複数のチューブカバー延長部(41a,41b)を備え、
前記複数のチューブカバー延長部(41a,41b)の各々は、前記開口部(53,63)の対向する縁部の間に延在し、
前記ジャケット(40)の前記壁部(41)には、前記複数のチューブカバー延長部(41a,41b)に対して交互に複数のスロット(53a,63a)が形成され、
前記複数のチューブカバー延長部(41a,41b)の各々は、対応するチューブ(31)の側壁部(31a)に接続されている、
熱交換器。 - 前記複数のチューブ(31)に対して交互に複数の隙間が形成され、前記複数のスロット(53a,63a)の各々は、前記ジャケット(40)の前記内容積部と前記流路(51,61)との間を流体連通させるために、対応する隙間と重なり合う、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ジャケット(40)の前記壁部(41)と前記複数のチューブカバー延長部(41a,41b)とは、前記複数のチューブ(31)の前記側壁部(31a)に蝋付けされている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流路(51,61)は、前記ジャケット(40)の前記壁部(41)に蝋付けされている、請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のチューブ(31)は、ガス状流体を搬送するように構成され、前記ジャケット(40)は、液体クーラントを収容するように構成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
