Description
前記採血管の密封栓のキャップ部に外力を加えることにより連接部を破断させてキャップ部を分離して前記密栓部の上面に挿通用孔を露出させる工程と、
前記挿通用孔から粘度測定用落体を落下させて、前記有底管体の内部の血液中を落下する前記落体の落下終端速度又は落下加速度を測定することにより血液の粘度を求める工程と、を含むことを特徴とする血液粘度測定方法。
図9に示すように採血具(針等)を用いて採血することにより、ほ乳類動物の血液を図1、2に示す血液粘度測定用採血管(内部が高い陰圧状態)の内部に採取した。案内管37の下端部が血液60に浸る状態になるまで血液を有底管体3内に採血できた(図9参照)。次いで、密封栓4のキャップ部を指でつまんでキャップ部を引きちぎり、密栓部の上面に上下方向に貫通する挿通用孔34を露出させた後、図10に示すように採血管を血液粘度測定装置にセットした。次に、図10に示す血液粘度測定装置を用いて前項で説明した手順に従って血液の粘度測定を行った。採血管の内径は約10mm、長さは約140mmであり、採血管の内容量は約11mLであった。略針状落体の長さは20mm、外径(m1、m2)は2mmであった。略針状落体の密度(見かけ密度)は1.486g/cm3であった。また、採取した血液の密度は1.048g/cm3であった。

Claims (3)
- 長さ方向の一端側に開口部が設けられ、長さ方向の他端側に底が設けられた有底管体と、密封栓と、を備え、前記密封栓は、前記有底管体の開口部内に密栓状態に嵌着可能な密栓部と、キャップ部と、前記キャップ部と前記密栓部とを連接する厚さの薄い連接部と、を備え、前記密栓部に上下方向に貫通する挿通用孔が形成され、前記有底管体の開口部内に前記密封栓の密栓部が嵌着されると共に、前記有底管体の内部空間が陰圧状態になっている血液粘度測定用採血管に対し、その有底管体の内部に、該内部の陰圧状態を利用して血液を採血する工程と、
前記採血管の密封栓のキャップ部に外力を加えることにより連接部を破断させてキャップ部を分離して前記密栓部の上面に挿通用孔を露出させる工程と、
前記挿通用孔から粘度測定用落体を落下させて、前記有底管体の内部の血液中を落下する前記落体の落下終端速度又は落下加速度を測定することにより血液の粘度を求める工程と、を含むことを特徴とする血液粘度測定方法。 - 前記密栓部に、前記挿通用孔に連通する案内管が接合され、該案内管が下方に向けて延ばされている請求項1に記載の血液粘度測定方法。
- 前記案内管の側面に1ないし複数の孔またはスリットが形成されている請求項2に記載の血液粘度測定方法。
