Claims (11)
- 電池アセンブリを包囲するための絶縁膜であって、
前記絶縁膜は、底部被覆領域、N個の側面被覆領域及びNペアの接着領域を含み、Nは2よりも大きい整数であり、
前記底部被覆領域は、N個の辺を有し、前記N個の側面被覆領域は、それぞれ前記N個の辺において前記底部被覆領域に接続され、それぞれ前記N個の辺に沿って前記底部被覆領域に曲げることができ、
前記Nペアの接着領域のうちの各ペアの接着領域は、前記N個の側面被覆領域のうち隣接する2つの側面被覆領域の間に位置し、前記隣接する2つの側面被覆領域にそれぞれ接続され、各ペアの接着領域は、前記N個の側面被覆領域が前記底部被覆領域に曲げる時、各ペアの接着領域の同じ側の表面の接着によって前記底部被覆領域と前記N個の側面被覆領域が前記電池アセンブリを包囲する空間を形成するようにするために用いられ、
各ペアの接着領域は、各ペアの接着領域の同じ側の表面に接着するように、それぞれ側面被覆領域との接続辺に沿って曲げることができ、
Nは4であり、前記絶縁膜は、長方体形の電池アセンブリを包囲するために用いられ、
前記底部被覆領域と4つの側面被覆領域はいずれも四角形であり、前記絶縁膜の展開状態は十字形であり、
前記絶縁膜の展開状態において、各ペアの接着領域はL形を呈し、
各ペアの接着領域のうちの第1接着領域の幅は第2接着領域の幅よりも大きく、各ペアの接着領域が接着された後、前記第2接着領域と隣接する側面被覆領域に曲げることができ、前記第1接着領域のうち前記第2接着領域に接着しない部分は、前記第2接着領域と隣接する側面被覆領域に接着するために用いられる、絶縁膜。 - 前記第1接着領域の幅は、前記第2接着領域と隣接する側面被覆領域の幅の二分の一よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の絶縁膜。
- 前記絶縁膜の材料は防水材料である、請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁膜。
- 前記電池アセンブリは電池セルである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁膜。
- 前記電池アセンブリは、隣接する複数の電池セルを含む電池セル群である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁膜。
- 電池セルであって、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁膜が包囲されている、電池セル。 - 前記電池セルは、底壁、2つの広い側壁、2つの狭い側壁及びカバープレートを含む長方体形であり、前記広い側壁の面積は前記狭い側壁の面積よりも大きく、前記絶縁膜の底部被覆領域は、前記底壁を被覆し、前記絶縁膜の4つの側面被覆領域は、2つの広い側面被覆領域と2つの狭い側面被覆領域を含み、前記広い側面被覆領域の面積は前記狭い側面被覆領域の面積よりも大きく、前記2つの広い側面被覆領域は、前記2つの広い側壁をそれぞれ被覆し、前記2つの狭い側面被覆領域は、前記2つの狭い側壁をそれぞれ被覆し、前記絶縁膜の4ペアの接着領域のうちの各ペアの接着領域のうちの、広い側面被覆領域と隣接する第1接着領域の幅は、狭い側面被覆領域と隣接する第2接着領域の幅よりも大きく、各ペアの接着領域は、前記電池セルに向かう側の表面に接着した後、隣接する狭い側面被覆領域に曲げ、前記第1接着領域のうち前記第2接着領域に接着しない部分は、隣接する狭い側面被覆領域に接着されている、請求項6に記載の電池セル。
