休止期心拍数=[A×(起床区間に対する区間別中央値の中央値)+B×(睡眠区間に対する区間別中央値の中央値)]/(A+B)
(ただし、0<A<B)
一方、基準心拍数は、患者が正常状態の際(つまり、甲状腺機能が正常の際)に所定日数の間に測定された休止期心拍数の平均値と定義される。
Claims (5)
- 通信部、演算部及び出力部を含む演算装置によって実行される、潜在的な甲状腺異常のアラートを提供する方法であって、
前記通信部によって、人の心拍数及び動きを含むデータを取得することであって、前記データは、前記人が着用しているウェアラブル装置によって取得されることと、
前記演算部によって、第1の連続した日に前記ウェアラブル装置によって取得されたデータを使用して、前記人の第1休止期心拍数を計算することであって、前記第1の連続した日は、前記人のフリー(free)T4を測定することで、前記人の甲状腺機能が正常であることが確認される日を含み、前記第1休止期心拍数の各々は、前記第1の連続した日における日に対応するものであり、前記第1休止期心拍数を計算することは、前記第1の連続した日に前記人が動いていない時間区間を識別することと、識別された時間区間の各々の心拍数値を取得することとを含み、前記心拍数値の各々は、前記識別された時間区間の各々の心拍数の中央値であることと、
前記演算部によって、前記第1休止期心拍数の平均値を前記人の基準休止期心拍数として設定することであって、前記基準休止期心拍数は、前記人の甲状腺機能が正常であるときの休止期心拍数を表すことと、
前記演算部によって、第2の連続した日に前記ウェアラブル装置によって取得されたデータを使用して、前記人の第2休止期心拍数を計算することであって、前記第2休止期心拍数の各々は、前記第2の連続した日における日に対応するものであり、前記第2休止期心拍数を計算することは、前記第2の連続した日に前記人が動いていない時間区間を識別することと、識別された時間区間の各々の心拍数値を取得することとを含み、前記心拍数値の各々は、前記識別された時間区間の各々の心拍数の中央値であることと、
前記演算部によって、前記第2休止期心拍数の平均値を前記人の現在休止期心拍数として設定することと、
前記現在休止期心拍数が前記基準休止期心拍数よりも所定値以上大きい場合、前記出力部又は前記通信部によって、前記人にアラートを出力することと、を含み、
それにより、前記人が医療施設を訪れることなく甲状腺異常を管理することができる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アラートは、前記人に血液検査を受けるように提案する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の連続した日は、所定数の連続した日である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の連続した日は、所定数の連続した日である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基準休止期心拍数は、前記第1の連続した日に取得されたデータを使用して計算され、前記第1の連続した日は、前記人が時間の経過とともにフリー(free)T4を減少する抗甲状腺薬治療を受けている間に、前記人のフリー(free)T4を測定することで、前記人の甲状腺機能が正常であることが確認される日を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
