Claims (8)
- 液体クロマトグラフィ(LC)システム(100)であって、

前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)に接続され、弁-検出器導管(30)を介して検出器(60)に接続可能な下流弁(20)であって、前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)が、前記下流弁(20)を介して前記弁-検出器導管(30)に交互に接続可能である、下流弁(20)と
を備え、
前記LCシステム(100)が、前記少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムをバックフラッシュし、それにより洗浄するために、前記下流弁(20)に流体的に接続され、前記下流弁(20)を介して前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)に交互に接続可能な下流ポンプ(40)であって、前記弁-検出器導管(30)を洗浄するために、前記下流弁(20)を介して前記弁-検出器導管(30)にも接続可能な下流ポンプ(40)をさらに備え、
前記下流ポンプ(40)が、後続の流体流からの液体が前記弁-検出器導管(30)に入る前に以前の流体流からの液体を前記弁-検出器導管(30)から洗浄するために、2つの連続する流体流の間で前記弁-検出器導管(30)に接続するように構成され、
前記下流ポンプ(40)が、洗浄選択弁(70)を介して前記下流弁(20)に接続され、前記洗浄選択弁(70)が、前記下流弁(20)を介して前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)のいずれか1つおよび前記弁-検出器導管(30)に交互に接続するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、LCシステム(100)。 - 前記洗浄選択弁(70)が、前記下流弁(20)に流体的に接続されるそれぞれの三方弁(16、17、18)を介して前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)に接続可能であり、前記三方弁(16、17、18)が、洗浄選択弁入口ポートと、下流弁出口ポートと、廃棄物出口ポートとを備える、請求項1に記載のLCシステム(100)。
- 一定間隔で、および/または前記複数の流体流中の所定の閾値を超える圧力上昇の検出時、および/または所定の閾値を下回る前記少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムの性能低下の検出時に、前記少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムを自動的にバックフラッシュするように構成されたコントローラ(90)を備える、請求項1または2に記載のLCシステム(100)。
- 前記コントローラ(90)が、前記下流弁(20)、前記洗浄選択弁(70)、前記三方弁(16、17、18)のうちのいずれか1つまたは複数の切り替えを制御することによって、前記流体流(11、12、13)と前記弁-検出器導管(30)との間の接続時間である流体流-検出器間接続時間、前記下流ポンプ(40)と前記弁-検出器導管(30)との間の接続時間である下流ポンプ-検出器間接続時間、および前記流体流(11、12、13)と前記下流ポンプ(40)との間の接続時間である下流ポンプ-流体流間接続時間を管理するようにさらに構成されている、請求項2に従属する請求項3に記載のLCシステム(100)。
- 弁-検出器導管(30)を介して複数の流体流(11、12、13)を検出器(60)に交互に接続するために、高速トラップおよび溶出LCカラムとは区別される少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムを備える前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)を下流弁(20)に流体的に接続することを含む自動化されたLC方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムをバックフラッシュし、それにより洗浄するために、前記下流弁(20)を介して下流ポンプ(40)を前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)に、および、前記弁-検出器導管(30)を洗浄するために、前記下流弁(20)を介して前記下流ポンプ(40)を前記弁-検出器導管(30)に流体的に交互に接続することと、
後続の流体流からの液体が前記弁-検出器導管(30)に入る前に以前の流体流からの液体を前記弁-検出器導管(30)から洗浄するために、2つの連続する流体流の間で前記下流ポンプ(40)を前記弁-検出器導管(30)に接続することと、
洗浄選択弁(70)を介して前記下流ポンプ(40)を前記下流弁(20)に接続することと、前記下流弁(20)を介して前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)のいずれか1つおよび前記弁-検出器導管(30)に前記洗浄選択弁(70)を交互に接続することと
をさらに含む、LC方法。 - 前記下流弁(20)に流体的に接続されたそれぞれの三方弁(16、17、18)を介して前記洗浄選択弁(70)を前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)に接続することを含み、前記三方弁(16、17、18)が、洗浄選択弁入口ポートと、下流弁出口ポートと、廃棄物出口ポートとを備える、請求項5に記載のLC方法。
- 一定間隔で、および/または前記複数の流体流(11、12、13)中の所定の閾値を超える圧力上昇の検出時、および/または所定の閾値を下回る前記少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムの性能低下の検出時に、前記少なくとも1つのHPLCカラムを自動的にバックフラッシュすることを含む、請求項5または6に記載のLC方法。
- コントローラ(90)によって、前記下流弁(20)、前記洗浄選択弁(70)、前記三方弁(16、17、18)のうちのいずれか1つまたは複数の切り替えを制御することによって、前記流体流(11、12、13)と前記弁-検出器導管(30)との間の接続時間である流体流-検出器間接続時間、前記下流ポンプ(40)と前記弁-検出器導管(30)との間の接続時間である下流ポンプ-検出器間接続時間、および前記流体流(11、12、13)と前記下流ポンプ(40)との間の接続時間である下流ポンプ-流体流間接続時間を自動的に管理することを含む、請求項6に記載のLC方法。
