Claims (2)
- 水路に介設される水ガバナであって、上流側の一次圧室と下流側の二次圧室とを連通する弁孔を形成した弁座と、前記二次圧室の前記弁座とは反対側の面を覆うダイヤフラムと、前記一次圧室に配置された、前記弁座に対向する弁体と、前記弁体から前記弁孔を通して前記ダイヤフラム側にのび、先端のフランジ部と、前記フランジ部より小径の前記フランジ部と前記弁体との間の軸部と、を有する弁軸と、前記フランジ部に係合して抜け止めされるように前記弁軸に装着されるバネ受けと、前記バネ受けと前記弁座との間に介設されるコイルバネとを備え、前記コイルバネの付勢力により前記バネ受けが前記ダイヤフラムに当接し、前記弁体が前記バネ受けと前記弁軸とを介して前記ダイヤフラムに追従して変位するようにしたものにおいて、
前記バネ受けの前記ダイヤフラムに当接する面とは反対側の面に、前記コイルバネの当接部分より径方向内側に位置させて、前記フランジ部の前記バネ受け側を向く面に対向する端壁部と、前記フランジ部を囲う周壁部と、前記フランジ部の前記弁体側を向く面に対向し、前記軸部が貫通する軸孔が形成された底壁部とを有するポケット部が設けられ、前記ポケット部の前記周壁部及び前記底壁部の周方向1箇所に、前記フランジ部及び前記軸部を径方向から挿入可能な開口が形成されることを特徴とする水ガバナ。 - 前記ポケット部の前記底壁部に形成する前記開口の周方向幅は、前記軸部の外径よりも小さく、前記軸部が開口を押し広げながら前記軸孔に収納されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水ガバナ。
