- バッテリーのバッテリー電圧を示すセンシング信号を生成するセンシング部と、
前記バッテリーの多段定電流充電のための第1~第n基準電流と、第1~第n基準電圧範囲と、第1~第n基準SOCと、第1~第n基準電圧カーブとの対応関係が記録された充電マップを保存するメモリー部と、
前記センシング信号に基づいて前記バッテリーのSOCを決定する制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーに接続された充電回路に前記バッテリー電圧が属する第k基準電圧範囲に対応する第k基準電流を用いた定電流充電を命令し、
前記バッテリー電圧が前記第k基準電圧範囲の上限に到達したことに応じて、前記定電流充電の充電期間にわたる前記バッテリー電圧と前記バッテリーのSOCとの対応関係を示す第k測定電圧カーブを前記充電マップの第k基準電圧カーブと比較して、前記充電マップをアップデートし、
nは、2以上の自然数であり、kは、n以下の自然数である、バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第k基準電圧カーブの平均SOCに対する前記第k測定電圧カーブの平均SOCの割合に基づき、前記第k基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第k測定電圧カーブの平均電圧に対する前記第k基準電圧カーブの平均電圧の割合に基づいて前記第k基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第k基準電圧カーブの平均SOCに対する前記第k測定電圧カーブの平均SOCの第1割合と、前記第k測定電圧カーブの平均電圧に対する前記第k基準電圧カーブの平均電圧の第2割合と、に基づいて前記第k基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第k基準SOCに対する関心SOCの割合に基づいて前記第k基準電流をアップデートし、
前記関心SOCは、前記バッテリー電圧が前記第k基準電圧範囲の上限に到達した時点における前記バッテリーのSOCである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第k基準電流に対する前記アップデートされた第k基準電流の割合に基づき、前記第k基準電流を除いた残りの各基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリー電圧が前記第k基準電圧範囲の上限に到達したことに応じて、前記充電回路に前記第k基準電圧範囲の上限を用いる定電圧充電を命令する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリー管理システムを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項8に記載の前記バッテリーパックを含む、電気車両。
- バッテリーの多段定電流充電のための第1~第n基準電流と、第1~第n基準電圧範囲と、第1~第n基準SOCと、第1~第n基準電圧カーブとの対応関係が記録された充電マップを用いて、前記バッテリーに接続された充電回路に前記バッテリーのバッテリー電圧が属する第k基準電圧範囲に対応する第k基準電流を用いた定電流充電を命令する段階と、
前記バッテリー電圧が前記第k基準電圧範囲の上限に到達したことに応じて、前記定電流充電の充電期間にわたる前記バッテリー電圧と前記バッテリーのSOCとの対応関係を示す第k測定電圧カーブを前記充電マップの第k基準電圧カーブと比較して前記充電マップをアップデートする段階と、を含み、
nは、2以上の自然数であり、kは、n以下の自然数である、バッテリー管理方法。 - 前記充電マップをアップデートする段階は、
