Claims (7)
- エアロゾル生成装置において、
前記エアロゾル生成装置の収容空間にシガレットが挿入されたか否かを感知するシガレット挿入感知センサと、
前記収容空間に挿入されたシガレットを加熱するためのヒータと、
前記エアロゾル生成装置内部の少なくとも2箇所以上の位置の温度を測定する少なくとも1つの温度センサと、
前記収容空間に前記シガレットが挿入されることをトリガーとして、前記少なくとも1つの温度センサによって測定された温度に基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置が過熱状態であるか否かを判断し、前記過熱状態が感知されることに基づいて、前記ヒータによる加熱動作を待機させるように前記ヒータを制御する制御部と、
前記ヒータに電力を供給するためのバッテリと、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの温度センサは、
前記バッテリの前面または背面に隣接して配置される第1サーミスタ(thermistor)及び前記ヒータと前記バッテリとの間に配置される第2サーミスタを含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの温度センサは、
前記ヒータに隣接して配置される温度センサ及び前記バッテリの下面近傍に配置される温湿度センサのうち少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記シガレット挿入感知センサは、前記シガレットが前記収容空間に挿入されることにより発生する磁場変化を感知するインダクティブセンサを含み、
前記ヒータは、交流磁場を発生させるための誘導コイル及び前記交流磁場によって加熱されるサセプタ(susceptor)を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - エアロゾル生成装置において、
前記エアロゾル生成装置の収容空間にシガレットが挿入されたか否かを感知するシガレット挿入感知センサと、
前記収容空間に挿入されたシガレットを加熱するためのヒータと、
前記ヒータの下方に配置され、前記ヒータに電力を供給するためのバッテリと、
前記バッテリの前面または背面に隣接して配置される第1サーミスタと、
前記ヒータと前記バッテリとの間に配置される第2サーミスタと、
前記収容空間に前記シガレットが挿入されることをトリガーとして、前記第1サーミスタ及び前記第2サーミスタによって測定された温度に基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置が過熱状態であるか否かを判断し、前記過熱状態が感知されることに基づいて、前記ヒータによる加熱動作を待機させるPCB(Printed Circuit Board)と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1サーミスタは、前記バッテリの前面または背面の中心部と隣接して配置され、
前記バッテリの上面に配置されるPCM(Protection Circuit Module)と電気的に連結される、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記PCBの少なくとも一部は、前記ヒータと前記バッテリとの間で延び、
前記第2サーミスタは、前記PCBの前記少なくとも一部と隣接して配置される、請求項4又は請求項5に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - エアロゾル生成装置において、
前記エアロゾル生成装置の収容空間にシガレットが挿入されたか否かを感知するシガレット挿入感知センサと、
前記収容空間に挿入されたシガレットを加熱するためのヒータと、
前記ヒータの下方に配置され、前記ヒータに電力を供給するためのバッテリと、
前記バッテリの前面または背面に隣接して配置される第1サーミスタと、
前記ヒータと前記バッテリとの間に配置される第2サーミスタと、
前記ヒータに隣接して配置される温度センサと、
前記バッテリの下面近傍に配置される温湿度センサと、
PCB(Printed Circuit Board)と、を含み、
前記PCBは、
前記収容空間に前記シガレットが挿入されることをトリガーとして、前記第1サーミスタ、前記第2サーミスタ、前記温度センサ、及び前記温湿度センサのうち少なくとも2つ以上から測定された温度に基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置が過熱状態であるか否かを判断し、
前記過熱状態が感知されることに基づいて、前記ヒータによる加熱動作を待機させる、エアロゾル生成装置。
