Description
Claims (12)
- バッテリーの電圧及び電流を示すセンシング信号を生成するように構成されるセンシング部と、
基準ピーク値及び基準ピーク電圧値を含む過電圧管理情報を保存するメモリー部と、
充電要請に応じて、前記基準ピーク値が臨界ピーク値以上である場合、最大許容電流率を用いた第1定電流充電を、前記バッテリーに接続された充電回路に命令する制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記第1定電流充電中に収集された前記センシング信号に基づき、臨界電圧範囲における前記バッテリーの電圧と微分容量との対応関係を示す第1微分容量カーブを決定し、
前記第1微分容量カーブの一番目のピークの微分容量及び電圧を各々示す第1メインピーク値及び第1メインピーク電圧値を決定し、
前記第1メインピーク値が前記臨界ピーク値未満である場合、前記基準ピーク値及び前記基準ピーク電圧値を各々前記第1メインピーク値及び前記第1メインピーク電圧値と同一にアップデートする、バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記過電圧管理情報は、第1基準割合をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記基準ピーク値が前記臨界ピーク値未満である場合、前記最大許容電流率に前記第1基準割合を掛けて第1基準電流率を決定し、
前記第1基準電流率が最小許容電流率以上である場合、前記第1基準電流率を用いた第2定電流充電を前記充電回路に命令する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記過電圧管理情報は、第2基準割合をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記第2定電流充電中に、前記バッテリーの電圧が前記基準ピーク電圧値より調整電圧値だけ小さい切換電圧値に到達したとき、前記最大許容電流率と前記第2基準割合との積と同じ第2基準電流率を用いた第3定電流充電を前記充電回路に命令し、
前記第2定電流充電及び前記第3定電流充電中に収集された前記センシング信号に基づき、前記臨界電圧範囲における前記バッテリーの電圧と微分容量との対応関係を示す第2微分容量カーブを決定し、
前記第2微分容量カーブの一番目のピークの微分容量及び電圧を各々示す第3メインピーク値及び第3メインピーク電圧値を決定し、
前記第3メインピーク値が前記臨界ピーク値未満である場合、前記基準ピーク値及び前記基準ピーク電圧値を各々前記第3メインピーク値及び前記第3メインピーク電圧値と同一にアップデートする、請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、

前記第1減殺値が1未満の正数である、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1メインピーク値が前記第2メインピーク値以下である場合、前記第2基準割合と第2減殺値との積と同一に前記第2基準割合をアップデートし、
前記第2減殺値が前記第1減殺値より小さい1未満の正数である、請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記アップデートされた第2基準割合が所定の最小割合以下である場合、前記第1基準割合と第3減殺値との積と同一に前記第1基準割合をアップデートし、
前記第3減殺値が1未満の正数である、請求項3、5、または6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第3メインピーク値が前記臨界ピーク値未満である場合、前記第2微分容量カーブの二番目のピークの微分容量及び電圧を示す第4メインピーク値及び第4メインピーク電圧値を決定し、
前記第3メインピーク値が前記第4メインピーク値より大きい場合、前記第2基準割合と第1減殺値との積と同一に前記第2基準割合をアップデートするように構成され、
前記第1減殺値が1未満の正数である、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第3メインピーク値が前記第4メインピーク値以下である場合、前記第2基準割合と第2減殺値との積と同一に前記第2基準割合をアップデートするように構成され、
前記第2減殺値が前記第1減殺値より小さい1未満の正数である、請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリー管理システムを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項10に記載の前記バッテリーパックを含む、電気車両。
- 充電要請に応じて、バッテリーの過電圧管理情報に含まれた基準ピーク値が臨界ピーク値以上である場合、最大許容電流率を用いた第1定電流充電を前記バッテリーに接続された充電回路に命令する段階と、
前記第1定電流充電中に収集された前記バッテリーの電圧及び電流を示すセンシング信号に基づき、臨界電圧範囲における前記バッテリーの電圧と微分容量との対応関係を示す第1微分容量カーブを決定する段階と、
前記第1微分容量カーブの一番目のピークの微分容量及び電圧を各々示す第1メインピーク値及び第1メインピーク電圧値を決定する段階と、
前記第1メインピーク値が前記臨界ピーク値未満である場合、前記基準ピーク値及び基準ピーク電圧値を各々前記第1メインピーク値及び前記第1メインピーク電圧値と同一にアップデートする段階と、を含む、バッテリー管理方法。
