Claims (5)
- 生体管腔内に存在する物体を搬送するための医療デバイスであって、
軸方向に延在するルーメンが形成された長尺部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端側の前記ルーメン内に少なくとも一部が挿入され、前記長尺部材の先端よりも先端側に延在する挿入部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端側の前記ルーメン内において前記挿入部材との間に間隙を形成するように前記長尺部材の内側に配置されて、前記挿入部材との間で搬送対象となる物体を挟み込んだ状態で前記挿入部材に対して相対的に回転することにより、前記物体にせん断力を付与する破砕部と、を有し、
前記挿入部材は、正面視において、中央部分から両端部にかけて一定の厚みを有する湾曲した形状である、医療デバイス。 - 前記挿入部材は、正面視において、前記長尺部材の中心軸からずれた位置に配置されている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記挿入部材において前記長尺部材のルーメン内に挿入された部分は、前記長尺部材の中心軸を基準にした一方側にずれた位置に配置されており、
前記挿入部材において前記長尺部材の先端よりも先端側に突出した部分は、前記ルーメン内に挿入された部分よりも前記一方側と対向する他方側に配置されている、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記長尺部材の外部に配置され、前記長尺部材の先端よりも先端側の位置に配置された支持部を有し、

前記挿入部材は、正面視において、前記長尺部材の中心軸からずれた位置に配置されている、医療デバイス。
