Description
スラリの組成は以下の通りである。
・固形粉:酸化チタン(中位径D50=1.2μm)
・溶媒:水
・分散剤:ポリアクリル系分散剤
・スラリの固形分濃度:15wt%
・粘度:2mPas

Claims (5)
- 固体粒子を含む液体を気体流によって加速して流動状態の微小液滴とし、この微小液滴を超音速で衝突部に衝突させることにより、固体粒子を微細粒子に微粒化する微粒化装置の流れ方向後方の垂直配管内に設けられ、前記垂直配管内の流路を狭めて整流する整流体であり、上方から下方へ向かって拡径する円錐状の頭頂部であり前記垂直配管の内壁面との間に微小な隙間を形成して当該隙間を流れる流速を20~40m/秒とする頭頂部を有する整流体を備えたスラリ回収装置。
- 前記頭頂部の円錐状の底部から縮径する縮径部を有する請求項1記載のスラリ回収装置。
- 前記縮径部の下方に接続された円柱部を有する請求項2記載のスラリ回収装置。
- 前記円柱部の下方に接続されたスカート部であり、前記円柱部の下方から拡径して前記垂直配管の内壁面との間に微小な隙間を形成するスカート部を有する請求項3記載のスラリ回収装置。
- 前記整流体は、上方から下方へ向かって縮径する逆円錐状の尾部を有する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のスラリ回収装置。
