Claims (9)
- セパレータと、前記セパレータから外方に突出するように配置された荷重受け部材と、前記セパレータの外周部と前記荷重受け部材とを互いに接合する接合部と、を備えた燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記セパレータの外周部のうち前記接合部に隣接する部分には、前記荷重受け部材の突出方向に沿って延在した補強リブが設けられ、
前記セパレータの外周部には、セパレータ厚さ方向と前記突出方向とに直交する方向である前記荷重受け部材の幅方向に沿って延在した幅方向リブが設けられ、
前記補強リブの突出高さは、前記幅方向リブの突出高さよりも低い、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記補強リブは、前記セパレータの外周部から前記セパレータ厚さ方向に一体的に突出成形されている、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項2記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記補強リブは、前記幅方向リブから延出している、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項3記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記補強リブは、
前記幅方向リブから前記接合部に向かって延出した第1延出リブと、
前記幅方向リブから前記第1延出リブの延出方向とは反対方向に延出した第2延出リブと、を有する、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項4記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記第1延出リブ及び前記第2延出リブのそれぞれは、前記荷重受け部材の前記幅方向に複数設けられている、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記荷重受け部材の前記突出方向に沿った前記補強リブの長さは、前記荷重受け部材の前記幅方向に沿った前記幅方向リブの長さよりも短い、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項3~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記荷重受け部材の前記幅方向に沿った前記補強リブの幅は、前記荷重受け部材の前記突出方向に沿った前記幅方向リブの幅よりも狭い、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材であって、
前記荷重受け部材には、前記補強リブが配置される切欠部が形成されている、燃料電池用セパレータ部材。 - 電解質膜の両側に電極が配設されてなる電解質膜・電極構造体と、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体の両側に配設された一組のセパレータと、を備えた燃料電池であって、
前記一組のセパレータのうちの少なくとも一方は、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池用セパレータ部材を形成する、燃料電池。
