Description

The present disclosure relates to a raising frame that is attached to the upper part of a side wall of a container that is open upward to raise the height of the container, and a container with a raising frame.

The raising frame disclosed in Patent Document 1 is placed on a flange formed at the upper end of the container, and a hook-shaped engagement piece protruding from the lower surface of the raising frame is engaged with a long hole formed in the upper end flange of the container. to attach it to the container. The elongated hole has a structure in which a wide part and a narrow part are connected in the longitudinal direction, and when installing the raising frame, insert the hook-shaped engagement piece into the wide part and then slide it to the narrow part. .

Utility Model No. 55-38837 (Page 2, left column, lines 3 to 26, Figure 1)

In the raising frame of Patent Document 1, the outer dimensions of the upper end of the raising frame are approximately the same as the outer dimensions of the container, so it is difficult to attach and detach the raising frame to and from a plurality of closely packed containers. There was a problem with becoming.

The invention of claim 1 made to solve the above problem is a raising frame that is attached to the upper part of the side wall of an upwardly open container to raise the height of the container, the raising frame having a frame-like horizontal plate shape, a mounting wall overlaid on the upper surface of the side wall of the container; a standing wall rising from a position near the inner edge of the mounting wall; and a standing wall projecting outward from the upper end of the standing wall, the amount of which is overhanging from the standing wall. a ceiling wall that is smaller than the amount of outward protrusion of the mounting wall; a rib that protrudes outward from the upright wall and extends in the vertical direction; a sloped outer end that is located further outward and slopes away from the upright wall as it goes downward; and a side wall of the container that hangs down from a position of the placement wall that is shifted inward from the upright wall. an inner fitting wall that fits on the inside of the container; and an inner fitting wall that hangs down from a position of the mounting wall outward from the tip of the ceiling wall to a greater extent than the inner fitting wall, and fits on the outside of the side wall of the container. It is a raising frame provided with an outer fitting wall.

A second aspect of the invention is the raising frame according to the first aspect, wherein the outer surface of the outer fitting wall has a recessed shape as a whole except for an outer edge.

The invention according to claim 3 is a container with a raised frame, which includes the raised frame according to claim 1 or 2 and the container.

According to a fourth aspect of the invention, the container has a lid placed on the side wall, and the ceiling wall is configured such that another container can be placed thereon, and the lid is placed on the ceiling wall. a container abutting portion that is configured to be able to move and abuts against the bottom of the other container placed on the ceiling wall to restrict movement of the other container in the horizontal direction; 4. The container with a raised frame according to claim 3 , further comprising a lid abutting portion that comes into contact with the placed lid and restricts movement of the lid in the horizontal direction.

In the inventions of claims 1 and 3 , the outer end of the raising frame of the ceiling wall is arranged closer to the inner side of the raising frame than the outer end of the raising frame of the mounting wall. Therefore, even if the containers to which the raising frames are attached are adjacent to each other, a gap of a predetermined distance or more can be formed between the upper ends of the raising frames. Therefore, it becomes possible to remove the raising frame from the container by inserting a finger or the like into the gap. In addition, when attaching a raising frame to each of two adjacent containers, the raising frame is attached to one container and then another raising frame is attached to the other container. Even if the other raising frame shifts toward one container when it is attached to a container, the other raising frame is guided toward the other container by the sloping outer end of the raising frame attached to one container. It becomes possible to attach the raised frame to the other container. As described above, according to the present invention, it becomes easy to attach and detach the raising frame to and from a plurality of closely packed containers.

As shown in FIG. 1, the raising frame 10 of this embodiment is attached to the upper part of a container 50 that is open upward, and raises the height of the container 50. The container 50 to which the raising frame 10 is attached constitutes a container 70 with a raising frame.

In this embodiment, the container 50 includes a bottom wall 51 formed in a rectangular shape in plan view, and a side wall 52 that stands up from the outer periphery of the bottom wall 51. The side wall 52 includes an upper frame 53 that has a rectangular frame shape and constitutes the upper part of the container 50, a flip-up side wall 54 that connects the short sides of the upper frame 53 and the bottom wall 51, and a side wall 54 that connects the upper frame 53 and the bottom wall 51. It consists of a bent side wall 55 connecting the long sides.

The flip-up side wall 54 is rotatably supported by the upper frame 53, and extends from the engaged state (the state of the flip-up side wall 54 shown in FIG. 1) in which it hangs downward from the upper frame 53 and engages with the bottom wall 51. The state changes to a flip-up state in which the upper frame 53 is rotated inward and arranged substantially parallel to the bottom wall 51. The bent side wall 55 is formed by hinge-coupling an upper divided side wall 55A rotatably supported by the upper frame 53 and a lower divided side wall 55B rotatably supported by the bottom wall 51. 55A and the lower divided side wall 55B are arranged in a straight line and stand up from the bottom wall 51 (the state of the bent side wall 55 shown in FIG. 1), and the hinge joint part is arranged inside the container 50. The state changes to a folded state in which the upper divided side wall 55A and the lower divided side wall 55B are folded and overlapped with the bottom wall 51. When the flip-up side wall 54 is in the engaged state and the folded side wall 55 is in the upright state, the container 50 is in an assembled state (the state of the container 50 shown in FIG. 1), and the folded side wall 55 is in the flipped-up state. When the container 55 is in the folded state, the container 50 is in the folded state.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the raising frame 10 is formed into a rectangular shape in plan view, and has a structure in which a mounting wall 11 and a ceiling wall 13 arranged approximately horizontally are connected by an upright wall 12. have. The mounting wall 11 is formed into a rectangular frame shape in plan view. The standing wall 12 stands upward from the inner peripheral portion of the mounting wall 11 and is arranged substantially vertically. The ceiling wall 13 projects from the upper end of the upright wall 12 to the outside of the raising frame 10 and constitutes an upper end portion of the raising frame 10. In this embodiment, the upright wall 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape that stands up from the entire inner circumference of the mounting wall 11, and the ceiling wall 13 is formed in a flange shape that extends from the entire circumference of the upright wall 12.

As shown in FIG. 4, the upright wall 12 is disposed slightly further outward of the raising frame 10 than the inner edge of the mounting wall 11. The mounting wall 11 is formed with an inner protruding portion 11A that protrudes further inward of the raising frame 10 than the upright wall 12.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the amount of protrusion of the ceiling wall 13 from the upright wall 12 is smaller than the amount of protrusion from the upright wall 12 of the portion of the mounting wall 11 excluding the inner protruding portion 11A. The outer edge of the ceiling wall 13 is arranged closer to the inside of the raising frame 10 than the outer edge of the mounting wall 11.

As shown in FIG. 2, each corner portion of the upper surface of the ceiling wall 13 is provided with a depressed portion 13A that is substantially L-shaped in plan view. The depressed portion 13A is formed by recessing a part of the ceiling wall 13 downward. A recessed portion outer wall 14 protrudes from an end portion of the bottom surface of the recessed portion 13A on the outer side of the raising frame 10. Note that the recessed outer wall 14 is formed into a substantially L-shape in a plan view and constitutes an outer peripheral portion of the raising frame 10.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the raising frame 10 includes a plurality of communication ribs 21 that protrude from the upright wall 12 to the outside of the raising frame 10. The plurality of communication ribs 21 are arranged over the entire circumferential direction of the raising frame 10 and communicate with both the mounting wall 11 and the ceiling wall 13. That is, it can be said that the plurality of communication ribs 21 protrude upward from the mounting wall 11 and downward from the ceiling wall 13.

As shown in FIG. 4 , the communication rib 21 includes an upper communication portion 22 that communicates with the ceiling wall 13 and a lower communication portion 23 that communicates with the mounting wall 11 . The upper connecting portion 22 is formed so that the amount of protrusion from the upright wall 12 is approximately the same as that of the ceiling wall 13 at any vertical position. The end portion of the upper communication portion 22 on the outer side of the raising frame 10 is a vertical outer end portion 22A that is substantially perpendicular to the inner and outer directions of the raising frame 10.

The lower communication portion 23 is formed so that the amount of protrusion from the upright wall 12 increases as it goes downward. The amount of protrusion from the upright wall 12 at the upper end position of the lower communication part 23 is approximately the same as that of the ceiling wall 13, and the amount of protrusion from the upright wall 12 at the lower end position of the lower communication part 23 is approximately the same as that of the mounting wall 11. They are almost the same. The end portion of the lower communication portion 23 on the outer side of the raising frame 10 is an inclined outer end portion 23A that slopes toward the outer side of the raising frame 10 as it goes downward. Note that the inclined outer end portion 23A is arranged on the outer side of the raising frame 10 than the ceiling wall 13.

As shown in FIG. 2, the raising frame 10 of this embodiment includes a horizontal rib 24 that extends substantially horizontally to the outside of the raising frame 10 from an intermediate position in the vertical direction on the upright wall 12. The horizontal ribs 24 protrude from the entire circumferential direction of the upright wall 12 and intersect with the plurality of communication ribs 21 approximately perpendicularly. The amount of protrusion of the horizontal ribs 24 from the upright wall 12 is approximately the same as that of the ceiling wall 13. Note that the upper communication portion 22 is comprised of a portion of the communication rib 21 that is disposed above the horizontal rib 24, and the lower communication portion 23 is formed of a portion of the communication rib 21 that is disposed below the horizontal rib 24. It consists of two parts.

As shown in FIG. 5, the raising frame 10 engages with the side wall 52 of the container 50 when the raising frame 10 is attached to the upper part of the container 50, and prevents horizontal movement of the raising frame 10 with respect to the container 50. A horizontal movement regulating section 25 is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the horizontal movement regulating portion 25 includes an outer regulating piece 26 that projects downward from the outer edge of the mounting wall 11, and an inner regulating piece 26 that projects downward from the inner edge of the mounting wall 11. A piece 27 is provided. The amount of protrusion of the outer regulating piece 26 from the mounting wall 11 is greater than the amount of protrusion of the inner regulating piece 27 from the mounting wall 11. Note that both the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27 are arranged in the entire circumferential direction of the raising frame 10 and are formed in a frame shape.

Here, as described above, the mounting wall 11 is formed with an inner protruding portion 11A that protrudes further inward of the raising frame 10 than the upright wall 12. Furthermore, the inner regulating piece 27 protrudes downward from the inner edge of the mounting wall 11 . Therefore, a step is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the raising frame 10 by the inner protruding portion 11A, with the lower side disposed on the inner side of the raising frame 10.

As shown in FIG. 5, the raising frame 10 is attached to the upper part of the side wall 52 of the container 50 to form a container 70 with a raising frame. Specifically, the mounting wall 11 of the raising frame 10 is mounted on the side wall 52 of the container 50 (specifically, on the upper frame 53). In addition, at this time, it is preferable that the inner circumferential surface of the side wall 52 of the container 50 and the inner surface of the upright wall 12 are arranged substantially flush.

When the raising frame 10 is placed on the side wall 52 of the container 50, the outer regulating piece 26 faces the upper part of the side wall 52 from the outer side, and the inner regulating wall 27 faces the upper part of the side wall 52 from the inner side. do. This restricts horizontal movement of the raising frame 10 with respect to the container 50. In this way, in the raising frame 10, the raising frame 10 can be attached to the container 50 simply by placing the mounting wall 11 on the side wall 52, so that the raising frame 10 can be easily attached and detached.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the amount of protrusion of the outer regulating piece 26 from the mounting wall 11 is larger than the amount of protruding from the mounting wall 11 of the inner regulating piece 27, the strength of the outer regulating piece 26 can be increased. At the same time, the inner regulating piece 27 is prevented from interfering with the contents of the container 50.

In addition, even if the horizontal movement regulating part 25 is composed of only one of the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27, it is possible to regulate the movement of the raising frame 10 in the horizontal direction with respect to the container 50. In this embodiment, the horizontal movement regulating portion 25 includes both the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27, thereby suppressing deformation of the raising frame 10.

In the raising frame 10 of this embodiment, since the inner protruding part 11A is formed on the mounting wall 11, when the raising frame 10 is attached to the container 50, the inner protruding part 11A is used as a reference for the height of the container 50. It can be done. Furthermore, in the raising frame 10, since the inner regulating piece 27 protrudes from the inner edge of the mounting wall 11, a step is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the raising frame 10, so that the inner protruding portion 11A is easily recognized.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the container 70 with the raised frame of this embodiment, both the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27 have a gap with the side wall 52 (upper frame 53) of the container 50. There is. Therefore, it becomes possible to attach the raising frame 10 to another container 50 having different internal and external dimensions from the container 50.

It is also conceivable to put a bag inside the container 50 and hook the opening edge of the bag to the upper part of the side wall 52 (upper frame 53). If the bag is a carrying bag, it is also conceivable to hook the carrying part to the upper part of the side wall 52 (upper frame 53). In the container 70 with the raised frame of the present embodiment, both the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27 have a gap with the side wall 52 of the container 50, so that the opening edge of the bag (or the carrying portion) The raising frame 10 can be attached to the container 50 while being hooked onto the upper part of the side wall 52. In addition, if the carrying part of the bag is placed on the upper part of the side wall (upper frame 53) and the raising frame 10 is attached to the container 50, the carrying part of the bag will be sandwiched between the mounting walls 11, and the bag can be easily hung. can do. In this case, since both the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27 have a gap between them and the side wall 52 of the container 50, it becomes difficult to hold the bag (more specifically, the handheld portion) and the bag is not torn. suppressed.

FIG. 6(A) shows a state in which two containers 70 with raised frames are adjacent to each other. Here, in the raising frame 10 of this embodiment, since the outer edge of the ceiling wall 13 is arranged inward of the raising frame 10 than the outer edge of the mounting wall 11, the raising frames of the two containers 70 with raising frames Even if the mounting walls 11 are adjacent to each other, the ceiling walls 13 are spaced apart from each other. As a result, even if the containers 70 with raised frames are adjacent to each other, a gap of a predetermined distance or more can be formed between the upper ends of the raised frames 10, and by inserting a finger or the like into the gap, the raised frames 10 can be attached to the container 50. It is possible to remove it from the

As shown in FIG. 6(B), when attaching the raising frame 10 to two adjacent containers 50, the raising frame 10 is attached to one container 50 (in the example of FIG. 6(B), the left container 50). After that, the raising frame 10 is attached to the other container 50 (in the example of FIG. 6(B), the right container 50). When the raising frame 10 is attached to the other container 50, if the raising frame 10 is shifted toward one container 50, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6(B), the raising frame 10 It is guided toward the other container 50 by the inclined outer end 23A of the raising frame 10 attached to one container 50. This makes it easy to attach the raising frame 10 to the other container 50.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the raising frame 10 of this embodiment, the width of the ceiling wall 13 in the inner and outer directions is equal to the distance between the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27 (i.e., the width of the mounting wall 11). Since they are narrower, they can be stacked one above the other. Then, by stacking another raising frame 10 on top of the raising frame 10 attached to the container 50, it is possible to adjust the amount of raising of the container 50.

When the raising frames 10 are stacked, the upper part of the lower raising frame 10 (specifically, the ceiling wall 13, the upper end portion of the upright wall 12, and the upper connecting portion 22 of the connecting rib 21) is connected to the upper raising frame 10. It is sandwiched between the outer regulating piece 26 and the inner regulating piece 27 of the frame 10. When the upper raising frame 10 moves in the horizontal direction, the outer regulating piece 26 or the inner regulating piece 27 of the upper raising frame 10 comes into contact with the upper part of the lower raising frame 10. This restricts horizontal movement of the upper raising frame 10 with respect to the lower raising frame 10.

Specifically, in FIG. 7, when the upper raising frame 10 moves horizontally to the left with respect to the lower raising frame 10, the outer edge of the ceiling wall 13 and the upper connecting part 22 in the lower raising frame 10 move. The vertical outer end portion 22A abuts the outer regulating piece 26 of the upper raising frame 10 from the inside to restrict movement of the upper raising frame 10. In addition, in FIG. 7, when the upper raising frame 10 moves to the right side in the horizontal direction with respect to the lower raising frame 10, the upright wall 12 of the lower raising frame 10 moves against the inner regulating piece 27 of the upper raising frame 10. from the outside to restrict movement of the upper raising frame 10.

In addition, in this embodiment, since the outer regulating piece 26 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical outer end 22A of the communication rib 21, when the raising frames 10 are stacked vertically, the lower raising frame 10 The vertical outer end 22A of the upper raising frame 10 can be arranged inward from the outer regulating piece 26 of the upper raising frame 10. As a result, it becomes possible to arrange the outer regulating piece 26 of the lower raising frame 10 on the extension line of the outer regulating piece 26 of the upper raising frame 10, so that the outer regulating piece 26 of the upper raising frame 10 Protruding outward from the raising frame 10 is suppressed.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, the container 50 can be placed on the container 70 with a raised frame. Specifically, a lower surface protrusion 57 is provided on the lower surface of the bottom wall 51 of the container 50 (see FIG. 9), and this lower surface protrusion 57 is fitted inside the raising frame 10. When the container 50 placed on the raising frame 10 moves in the horizontal direction, the upright wall 12 of the raising frame 10 contacts the lower surface protrusion 57 of the container 50 from the outside to restrict the movement of the container 50. do.

In detail, the lower surface protrusion 57 includes a main body portion 57H having a rectangular shape in plan view, and corner protrusions (not shown) having a substantially L-shape in plan view projecting outward from each corner portion. Become. The main body portion 57H is received in an opening formed inside the ceiling wall 13 in the raising frame 10, and the corner protrusion is received in a recessed portion 13A of the ceiling wall 13 in the raising frame 10. Note that the lower surface protrusion 57 may be formed only of the main body portion 57H without having a corner protrusion.

The central recessed portion 62 is formed by recessing a part of the main plate 61 downward, and a central protrusion 63 is formed on the lower surface side of the central recessed portion 62 (see FIG. 11). The central depressed portion 62 and the central protrusion 63 have rectangular corners each having a C-chamfered shape. As shown in FIG. 11, the outer peripheral wall of the central protrusion 63 has a long side protruding wall 63L located on the long side of the central protrusion 63, a short side protruding wall 63S located on the short side, and a C-chamfered outer peripheral wall. It consists of a corner inclined wall 63C located in the section. Further, on the lower surface of the main plate 61, an L-shaped recess 64A is formed in the center protrusion 63 by extending from the adjacent long side protruding wall 63L and short side protruding wall 63S and forming a triangular recess 64A between the corner inclined wall 63C. A shaped extension wall 64 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 12, the bank portion 65 includes an inner wall 66A rising upward from the main plate 61, an overhanging wall 66B extending outward from the upper end of the inner wall 66A, and an outer edge of the overhanging wall 66B. It consists of an outer wall 66C hanging downward. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 66R for reinforcing the bank portion 65 are spanned between the inner wall 66A and the outer wall 66C. As shown in FIG. 10, the bank portion 65 includes a long side bank portion 65L formed on each long side of the main plate 61, and a short side bank portion 65S formed on each short side of the main plate 61. , consists of. Further, on the upper surface of the main plate 61, an L-shaped corner stands up from the outer periphery of each corner of the main plate 61 and connects to the outer wall 66C of the long side bank part 65L and the outer wall 66C of the short side bank part 65S. A wall 67 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 12, when the lid 60 is placed on the raising frame 10 of the container 70 with a raising frame, the bank part 65 of the lid 60 is placed on the ceiling wall 13 of the raising frame 10.
