Description
ディーゼルエンジンの排ガスを脱硝するために使用されるSCR反応器と、
一端に排ガス入口を備え、他端が前記SCR反応器の排ガス入口に接続され、SCR入口弁を備えた、入口管と、
一端に排ガス出口を備え、他端が前記SCR反応器の排ガス出口に接続され、SCR出口弁を備えた、排気管と、
一端が前記吸気管に接続され、他端が前記排気管に接続され、SCRバイパス弁を備えた、バイパス管と、
両端がそれぞれ前記SCR出口弁の両側に位置する前記排気管に接続され、空気圧弁を備えた、空気圧管と、
前記SCR反応器に接続され、第1制御弁を備えた、第1補助管と、
前記吸気管に接続され、第2制御弁を備えた、第2補助管と、
を備え、
前記舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムがガス交換状態にあるときに、前記吸気管、前記SCR反応器、及び前記排気管内の排ガスは、前記第1補助管及び前記第2補助管から流入した圧縮空気によって押されて前記排ガス口より排出される、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムを提供する。
任意に、前記差圧センサ、前記第1制御弁、前記第2制御弁、及び前記空気圧弁に電気的に接続され、前記空気圧弁、前記第1制御弁、及び前記第2制御弁の開閉を制御するように構成された制御装置をさらに備えている。
前記差圧センサの前記監視値が所定の差圧範囲より高いとき、前記制御装置は、前記空気圧弁を開くように制御するとともに、前記第1制御弁を閉じるように制御し、
前記差圧センサの前記監視値が所定の差圧範囲より低いとき、前記制御装置は、前記第1制御弁を開くように制御するとともに、前記空気圧弁を閉じるように制御する。
前記第2補助管は、尿素霧化空気管である。

Claims (12)
- 舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
ディーゼルエンジンの排ガスを脱硝するために使用されるSCR反応器と、
一端に排ガス出口を備え、他端が前記SCR反応器の排ガス出口に接続され、SCR出口弁を備えた、排気管と、
両端がそれぞれ前記SCR出口弁の両側に位置する前記排気管に接続され、空気圧弁を備えた、空気圧管と、
圧縮空気を搬送するために用いられ、前記SCR反応器に接続された、第1補助管と、
前記空気圧管に設けられた、スロットルオリフィスプレートと、
を備え、
前記舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムがガス交換状態にあるときに、前記SCR反応器及び前記排気管内の排ガスは、前記第1補助管から流入した圧縮空気によって押されて、前記空気圧管を通って、前記排ガス出口より排出される、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記スロットルオリフィスプレートは、前記空気圧弁の上流に位置する、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記排気管に設けられ、かつ、前記排ガス出口と前記SCR出口弁との間に位置するターボチャージャをさらに備え、前記空気圧管は前記ターボチャージャの上流に位置する、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記SCR反応器の排ガス入口に接続される、入口管と、
一端が前記入口管に接続され、他端が前記排気管に接続され、SCRバイパス弁を備えた、バイパス管と、
をさらに備え、
前記バイパス管と前記排気管との接続箇所は、前記排ガス出口と前記SCR出口弁との間に位置する、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記SCR出口弁の両側に位置する前記排気管に両端がそれぞれ接続されて、前記SCR反応器内の気体と前記排ガス出口での気体との間の圧力差を感知するための差圧センサをさらに備えた、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項5に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記SCR反応器の排ガス入口に接続される、入口管と、
圧縮空気を搬送するために用いられ、前記入口管に接続され、第2制御弁を備えた、第2補助管と、
前記差圧センサ、前記第1補助管上の第1制御弁、前記第2制御弁、及び前記空気圧弁に電気的に接続され、前記空気圧弁、前記第1制御弁、及び前記第2制御弁の開閉を制御するように構成された制御装置と、
をさらに備えた、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項6に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記制御装置は、前記ガス交換状態において、前記空気圧弁、前記第1制御弁、及び前記第2制御弁をいずれも開状態に保持するように制御するように構成されている、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項6に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記制御装置は、前記ガス交換状態後の圧力安定状態において、前記第2制御弁を閉じ、かつ前記第1制御弁及び前記空気圧弁をいずれも開状態を保持するように制御するように構成されており、かつ、
前記差圧センサの監視値が所定の差圧範囲より低いとき、前記第1制御弁が開状態を保持するように制御するとともに、前記空気圧弁を閉じるように制御する、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項8に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記制御装置は、前記差圧センサの前記監視値が所定の差圧範囲より高いとき、前記空気圧弁が開状態を保持するように制御するとともに、前記第1制御弁を閉じるように制御する、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項6に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記制御装置は、ガス交換が所定のガス交換時間だけ持続するように前記舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムを制御するように構成され、前記所定のガス交換時間は、前記SCR反応器、前記入口管、及び前記排気管の断面積及び/又は長さに対応して設定される、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 請求項6に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムであって、
前記第1補助管が煤吹出空気管であり、かつ/又は、
前記第2補助管は、尿素霧化空気管である、舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システム。 - 船舶であって、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の舶用ディーゼルエンジン用高圧SCRガス交換圧力安定化システムを備えた、船舶。
