The content of the component (A) used in the present invention is 40 to 50% by mass, preferably 45 to 48% by mass. The component (B) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but includes, for example, liquid paraffin, liquid isoparaffin, light isoparaffin, light liquid isoparaffin, heavy liquid isoparaffin, squalane, α-olefin oligomer, and the like.

Among the components (B) used in the present invention, liquid paraffin and squalane are preferred from the viewpoint of ease of application, ease of cleaning, and excellent stability over time.

The content of the component (B) used in the present invention is preferably 35 to 45% by mass, more preferably 37 to 40% by mass. When the content of the component (B) is less than 35% by mass, there is a possibility that the ease of cleaning after application may be deteriorated. When the content of the component (B) exceeds 45% by mass, there is a possibility that the stability over time may deteriorate.

The present invention contains (C) a hydrocarbon oil that is solid at 20° C. from the viewpoint of ease of application, ease of cleaning, and excellent stability over time.

The component (C) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but includes, for example, microcrystalline wax, paraffin wax, and the like.

Among the components (C) used in the present invention, microcrystalline wax is preferred from the viewpoint of ease of application, ease of cleaning, and excellent stability over time.

The content of the component (C) used in the present invention is preferably 10 to 20% by mass, more preferably 13 to 17% by mass.
