Claims (8)
- 袋(6)と、処理容器と、前記処理容器を閉じるための少なくとも1つの充填プラグ(5a、5b)と、を有する、高圧処理機械であって、
前記袋の破損を検知する装置を備え、
前記装置は、電極(1)の基端部分が、前記少なくとも1つの充填プラグ(5a、5b)の内部を部分的に通って延び、かつ、前記電極(1)の先端部分が、処理対象の製品を収容する当該袋(6)内へと延びるように適合された細長い前記電極(1)を備え、
前記電極(1)は、前記袋(6)内にある、前記製品と接触している部分を除いて、その全長に沿って絶縁体(2)により電気的に絶縁されており、
前記充填プラグの外へ延びる前記電極(1)の基端部分は、電源、および、回路の電流、抵抗または静電容量を測定する装置に接続されており、
前記測定する装置は、前記電極と前記処理容器の内部の加圧水との間の前記回路を閉じることによって電気的に接続される、機械。 - 前記電極(1)は、前記充填プラグ(5a)を通って延びている、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記電極(1)は、前記充填プラグに対する前記電極のシールを補助する肥厚部およびキャップ(7)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の機械。
- 前記電極(1)は、コネクタ(9)を通って前記袋(6)内へと延びている、請求項3に記載の機械。
- 前記キャップ(7)と前記コネクタ(9)とがフランジ(12)により接合されている、請求項4に記載の機械。
- 前記電極(1)は、前記袋(6)の前記充填プラグ(5a)との別のコネクタ(14)を通じて、前記袋(6)内へと延びている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記電極(1)は、前記別のコネクタ(14)自体上または中央継手(15)上に位置する補助コネクタ(9´)によって、前記別のコネクタ(14)を通じて前記袋(6)内へと延びている、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 単一の製品充填および排出プラグ(5a)と、前記充填および排出のための弁と、を備え、
前記弁は、その雄型弁座(8)内のプラスチック膜(3)と、絶縁材料で作られた逆止弁(5)と、を備える、請求項6または7に記載の機械。
