Claims (12)
- 潤滑剤の調整または浄化に使用するためのイオン交換樹脂媒体であって、
前記イオン交換樹脂媒体は、イオン交換樹脂を含み、
前記イオン交換樹脂は、複数の細孔を含み、
前記細孔が、水銀ポロシメトリによって測定した場合、8,000から100,000Åの間の平均直径を有する、イオン交換樹脂媒体。 - 前記細孔が、水銀ポロシメトリによって測定した場合、20,000から80,000Åの間の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体。
- 前記細孔が、水銀ポロシメトリによって測定した場合、8,000から60,000Åの間の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体。
- 前記イオン交換樹脂が、ポリスチレン、架橋ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、エポキシ、ポリビニル、ビニルエステル、ジビニルベンゼン及びアクリル材料からなる群から選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体。
- 前記イオン交換樹脂がビーズの形態である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体。
- ビーズの形態である前記イオン交換樹脂が、100~2,000μmの間の平均直径を有する、請求項5に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体。
- 潤滑剤の処理のための他の媒体ビーズをさらに含み、
ビーズの形態である前記イオン交換樹脂が、前記他の媒体ビーズと混合、混和、または層状化されている、請求項5又は6に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体。 - 潤滑剤を洗浄する方法であって、洗浄される前記潤滑剤の全部または一部を、全体にわたり分布した細孔を有する、イオン交換樹脂媒体と接触させることを含み、4μm未満の不溶性および半可溶性潤滑剤汚染物質ならびに分解生成物を前記細孔により捕捉し、
前記イオン交換樹脂媒体は、イオン交換樹脂を含み、
前記イオン交換樹脂は、複数の細孔を含み、
前記イオン交換樹脂の前記細孔が、水銀ポロシメトリによって測定した場合、8,000Åから100,000Åの間の平均直径を有する、方法。 - 前記イオン交換樹脂媒体が、ビーズの形態である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン交換樹脂媒体が、ポリスチレン、架橋ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、エポキシ、ポリビニル、ビニルエステル、ジビニルベンゼン、およびアクリルからなる群から選択される、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- リン酸エステル系潤滑剤のMPCワニス可能性を20.0未満の値に大幅に改善することができる、請求項8~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換樹脂媒体を用いて、潤滑剤を調整または浄化する工程を備える、処理された潤滑剤の製造方法。
