Description
Claims (8)
- 創外固定器(100)用のクランプ(1)であって、バー(101)および/または骨用ネジ(102)のロックのための複数のアタッチメント(2;3;4)と、前記複数のアタッチメント(2;3;4)を通過して直列に接続する、部分的にねじが形成されたステム(50)が設けられた、コネクタ(5)とを備え、前記複数のアタッチメント(2;3;4)の1つの第1のアタッチメント(2)は、C字形の可撓性ブリッジ(22)によって接続された2つのアーム(20;21)を備え、前記ステム(50)は、前記可撓性ブリッジ(22)と前記アーム(20;21)の対向する自由端との間の中間位置で前記第1のアタッチメント(2)を通過し、前記自由端で、前記アーム(20;21)は、骨用ネジ(102)用のネジ収容受座(23)を画定し、前記ネジ収容受座(23)は、前記可撓性ブリッジ(22)を様々に変形させて、様々な直径を有する骨用ネジ(102)をクランプするように、選択的に構成可能であり、前記ネジ収容受座(23)が、4mm、5mmまたは6mmの直径を有する骨用ネジ(102)のクランプを可能にし、前記第1のアタッチメント(2)がまた、前記創外固定器(100)のバー(101)用のバー用収容受座(26)を提供し、前記バー用収容受座(26)が、前記バー(101)をクランプすることが可能な、前記可撓性ブリッジ(22)の内面によって構成され、前記可撓性ブリッジ(22)は、内部に円筒形の表面を有している、クランプ(1)。
- 前記ネジ収容受座(23)内にクランプすることができる前記骨用ネジ(102)の様々な直径に対応する範囲内で、前記可撓性ブリッジ(22)が変形するときに孔(24)が前記ステム(50)に干渉しないように、前記第1のアタッチメント(2)の前記アーム(20;21)の1つが、前記第1のアタッチメント(2)を通過する前記ステム(50)に対して実質的により広い前記孔(24)を有している、請求項1に記載のクランプ(1)。
- 前記孔(24)を有する前記第1のアタッチメント(2)のアームが、クランプ(1)の全体的な構造に対する内側アーム(20)である、すなわち、第2のアタッチメント(3)に並置されたアームである、請求項2に記載のクランプ(1)。
- 前記第1のアタッチメント(2)の外側アーム(21)が、前記ステム(50)用の通過孔(25)を有し、前記コネクタ(5)が、前記ステム(50)と一体であり凸状表面(52)で前記ステム(50)とつながっているヘッド(51)を備え、前記外側アーム(21)は、凹状受座(28)を前記通過孔(25)の出口に備え、前記凹状受座(28)および前記凸状表面(52)は、球形または円筒形である、請求項3に記載のクランプ(1)。
- 前記ネジ収容受座(23)が、前記第1のアタッチメント(2)の前記アーム(20;21)の前記自由端と一体であるそれぞれの顎部(27a;27b)の、互いに向かい合って対向している、鏡像となるV字形のプロファイルによって画定される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ(1)。
- 前記コネクタ(5)が、前記ステム(50)の端部で、締め付け工具用の連結プロファイル(53)と、前記コネクタ(5)の手動の締め付けのための、前記連結プロファイル(53)に対して実質的に大きい直径を有する、締め付けノブ(54)とを提供する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ(1)。
- 前記締め付けノブ(54)が、ローレット加工または表面コーティングなどの、前記締め付けノブ(54)の手動での把持を容易にする手段を有する、請求項6に記載のクランプ(1)。
- バー用収容受座(36)が設けられた第2のアタッチメント(3)、または1つまたは複数のネジ収容受座(42;43)が設けられた第3のアタッチメント(4)をさらに備える、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ(1)。
