Claims (12)
- 媒体を調量するための調量弁であって、媒体導入部(67)からノズル開口部(18)へ通じる媒体チャネルを含み、該媒体チャネルは前記ノズル開口部の前に媒体収集チャンバ(68)を有しており、及び中心軸を有する弁ニードル(16)を含み、該弁ニードルを使って前記媒体収集チャンバ内にある媒体(M)が前記ノズル開口部(18)を通って排出され得、その際前記弁ニードルは、その開位置で前記媒体導入部(67)と前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)との間の接続を完全に開放し、及び前記媒体を前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)内に排出するために最終位置まで沈み込み、及びその際前記媒体導入部(67)と前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)との間の接続を完全に閉じ、
前記弁ニードル(16)が、前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)の上方で軸方向に互いに間隔を空けた2つの環状空間(90、92)を通っており、その際前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)に隣接した第一の環状空間(90)が流体供給部(94)と接続し、及び前記第一の環状空間(90)に隣接する第二の環状空間(92)が流体排出部(96)と接続し、
前記第一の環状空間(90)が輸送液リザーバ(102)と接続し、及び前記第二の環状空間(92)が流体吸引部(104)と接続している、調量弁。 - 前記弁ニードル(16)の前記最終位置がストッパ(77)によって規定され、該ストッパが前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)の外部に及び前記ノズル開口部(18)の外部にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(16)が、前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)の範囲に設けられた第一のセクション(84)、及び前記弁ニードル(16)の前記第一のセクション(84)の断面より大きい断面を備えた第二のセクション(82)を有しており、
前記弁ニードル(16)が前記最終位置で前記第二のセクション(82)において前記ストッパ(77)に当たっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調量弁。 - 前記両方の環状空間(90、92)が、前記媒体収集チャンバ(68)と前記ストッパ(77)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調量弁。
- ベースボディ(76)を備え、前記ベースボディ(76)は、前記媒体導入部(67)と、前記ノズル開口部(18)と、前記ストッパ(77)と、前記弁ニードル(16)のための少なくとも1つのガイド(86、88)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の調量弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(16)を前記媒体(M)に対してシールするために、エラストマー製シール要素を備えていないことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の調量弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(16)が前記ストッパ(77)の上方でガイド(89)内に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載の調量弁。
- 請求項4に記載の調量弁を備えた調量装置であって、前記第一の環状空間(90)が輸送液リザーバ(102)と接続し、及び前記第二の環状空間(92)が流体吸引部(104)と接続し、
前記流体吸引部(104)が液体分離装置(105)を備えていることを特徴とする、調量装置。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の、調量弁内に案内されている弁ニードルをシールする方法であって、該弁ニードルによって前記調量弁に送られた媒体が調量される方法において、前記弁ニードル(16)の周囲の第一の部分に沿って輸送液(T)が給送され、及び前記第一の部分に隣接し且つ間隔を空けた前記弁ニードル(16)の周囲の第二の部分から液体(T、M)が吸引されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記媒体(M)が大気圧より高い第一の圧力(P1)によって給送され、前記輸送液(T)が前記第一の圧力(P1)より低い第二の圧力によって給送され、及び吸引された液体(T、M)が輸送液(T)及び媒体(M)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記媒体のために、溶媒、剥離剤又は希釈剤である輸送液(T)が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記弁ニードル(16)が軸方向に互いに間隔を空けた3つの環状空間(67、90、92)に通され、その際第一の環状空間(90)内に前記輸送液(T)が給送され、前記第一の環状空間(90)に隣接する第二の環状空間(92)から前記液体(T、M)が吸引され、及び前記媒体(M)が、前記第一の環状空間(90)に隣接する第三の環状空間(67)内に給送され、その際前記弁ニードル(16)が前記環状空間の間に通されることを特徴とする、請求項9、10又は11に記載の方法。
