Description
Claims (13)
- 電気外科用具で使用される取り外し可能チップであって、
近位端及び遠位端を有する第1のチップ部材と、
近位端及び遠位端を有する第2のチップ部材であって、前記第2のチップ部材の前記近位端が前記第1のチップ部材の前記近位端と直接連結される第2のチップ部材と、
前記第1のチップ部材の前記遠位端及び前記第2のチップ部材の前記遠位端が互いに近接している閉位置と、前記第1のチップ部材の前記遠位端及び前記第2のチップ部材の前記遠位端が互いに距離を空けて分離している開位置との間で、前記第1及び第2のチップ部材を動かすアクチュエータであって、前記第1のチップ部材の一部を含む第1の作動部材及び前記第2のチップ部材の一部を含む第2の作動部材を含むアクチュエータと、
前記第1及び第2のチップ部材の前記近位端と直接連結された挿入部材であって、前記電気外科用具の開口部内に前記取り外し可能チップを挿入する挿入部材と
を備え、
前記挿入部材が、前記電気外科用具内に完全に挿入され、配置されると、前記電気外科用具の前記開口部内で回転可能である、取り外し可能チップ。 - 前記アクチュエータが、前記第1の作動部材及び前記第2の作動部材の少なくとも外側表面にコーティングを含む、請求項1に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記コーティングがゴムを含む、請求項2に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記コーティングがポリマーを含む、請求項2に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 軸に向かう方向の圧力が前記第1の作動部材及び前記第2の作動部材の両方に加えられるとき、前記第1及び第2の作動部材の前記遠位端が、互いから離れて前記開位置に動くように構成されている、請求項1に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 軸に向かう方向の圧力が前記第1の作動部材及び前記第2の作動部材の両方に加えられるとき、前記第1及び第2の作動部材の前記遠位端が、互いに向かって近接して前記閉位置に動くように構成されている、請求項1に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記取り外し可能チップを前記閉位置でロックするロック機構をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記ロック機構が、前記第1及び第2のチップ部材の周辺に連結され、横方向スロット内に配置されたロック・ピンを含む、請求項7に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記第1及び第2のチップ部材が少なくとも1つの導電性表面を備える、請求項1に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記第1及び第2のチップ部材の少なくとも前記遠位端が非粘着性コーティングを含む、請求項1に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記非粘着性コーティングが、フッ素化炭化水素、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシ、柔軟性シリコーン・エラストマ、セラミック複合材、パラリエン・シロキサン・ポリマー、エポキシ変性硬質シリコーン粉末、又はシリコーン樹脂からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項10に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 前記第1及び第2のチップ部材の前記遠位端が、前記アクチュエータと取り外し可能に連結される、請求項1に記載の取り外し可能チップ。
- 電気外科用具であって、
少なくとも切断モードを起動するための第1のボタン及び焼灼モードを起動するための第2のボタンを含む手持ち式電気外科ユニットと、
取り外し可能チップであって、
近位端及び遠位端を有する第1のチップ部材、
近位端及び遠位端を有する第2のチップ部材であって、前記第2のチップ部材の前記近位端が前記第1のチップ部材の前記近位端と直接連結されている、第2のチップ部材、
前記第1のチップ部材の前記遠位端及び前記第2のチップ部材の前記遠位端が互いに近接している閉位置と、前記第1のチップ部材の前記遠位端及び前記第2のチップ部材の前記遠位端が互いに距離を空けて分離している開位置との間で、前記第1及び第2のチップ部材を動かすアクチュエータであって、前記第1のチップ部材の一部を含む第1の作動部材及び前記第2のチップ部材の一部を含む第2の作動部材を含むアクチュエータ、並びに
前記第1及び第2のチップ部材の前記近位端と直接連結された挿入部材であって、前記手持ち式電気外科ユニットの開口部内に前記取り外し可能チップを挿入し、前記手持ち式電気外科ユニットの前記開口部内で回転可能な挿入部材、を備えた取り外し可能チップと
を備えた電気外科用具。
