Description
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る空気調和機の冷媒回路図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態1に係る空気調和機300の室外機100は、室内の空調を行う室内機200と共に、空気調和機300を構成するものである。空気調和機300は、圧縮機101と、流路切替手段102と、室内熱交換器201と、膨張機構103と、室外熱交換器104と、を冷媒配管105で接続して冷媒を循環させる冷媒回路を有している。室外機100は、圧縮機101と、流路切替手段102と、膨張機構103と、室外熱交換器104と、を備えている。室内機200は、室内熱交換器201を備えている。なお、空気調和機300は、図示した構成要素に限定されず、他の構成要素を含んでもよい。
次に、本実施の形態2に係る熱交換器を図5に基づいて説明する。図5は、本実施の形態2に係る熱交換器を概略的に示した正面図である。図5中に示す白抜き矢印は、気流の流れ方向Zを示している。なお、実施の形態1で説明した熱交換器と同一の構成要素については、同一の符号を付して、その説明を適宜省略する。
Claims (5)
- 上下方向に流れる冷媒流路が形成され、互いに間隔をあけて並列に配置された複数の扁平管と、
隣り合う前記扁平管の間に設けられた複数のフィンと、
複数の前記扁平管のそれぞれの上端部が接続された上部ヘッダと、
複数の前記扁平管のそれぞれの下端部が接続された下部ヘッダと、を備え、
各前記フィンの下端部が前記下部ヘッダと接合されておらず、各前記フィンの下端部と前記下部ヘッダとの間に下部隙間が設けられており、
各前記フィンの上端部が前記上部ヘッダと接合されておらず、各前記フィンの上端部と前記上部ヘッダとの間に上部隙間が設けられており、
前記上部隙間の上下の幅寸は、前記下部隙間の上下の幅寸の3分の1以下である、熱交換器。 - 前記フィンは、上下方向に波状に折り曲げられて形成された構成とされ、波形のピッチが小さい部分と、波形のピッチが大きい部分と、を有しており、
波形のピッチが小さい部分は、波形のピッチが大きい部分よりも上部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器を有する室外機を備えた、空気調和機。
- 前記室外機は、
上面に空気吹出口が形成された筐体と、
前記空気吹出口の直下位置に配置された送風機と、を更に備えている、請求項3に記載の空気調和機。 - 熱交換器と、
上面に空気吹出口が形成された筐体と、
前記空気吹出口の直下位置に配置された送風機と、を有する室外機を備え、
前記熱交換器は、
上下方向に流れる冷媒流路が形成され、互いに間隔をあけて並列に配置された複数の扁平管と、
隣り合う前記扁平管の間に設けられた複数のフィンと、
複数の前記扁平管のそれぞれの上端部が接続された上部ヘッダと、
複数の前記扁平管のそれぞれの下端部が接続された下部ヘッダと、を有し、
各前記フィンの下端部が前記下部ヘッダと接合されておらず、各前記フィンの下端部と前記下部ヘッダとの間に下部隙間が設けられており、
各前記フィンの上端部が前記上部ヘッダと接合されておらず、各前記フィンの上端部と前記上部ヘッダとの間に上部隙間が設けられており、
前記上部隙間の上下の幅寸は、前記下部隙間の上下の幅寸の3分の1以下である、空気調和機。
