本開示は、2020年9月30日出願の欧州特許出願公開第20199326.8号の優先権を主張するものであり、参照により本明細書に援用する。
Claims (14)
- エネルギー貯蔵システム(1)であって、
複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(3)が複数列に並んで配置された筐体(2)を備え、
前記筐体(2)には、温度制御ユニット(4)が配置されており、
前記温度制御ユニット(4)は、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)に少なくとも部分的に接触しており、
前記温度制御ユニット(4)は、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の形状に少なくとも部分的に適合した形状を有し、
前記温度制御ユニット(4)は、複数のプリフォーム(7)により形成されたブロー成形部品として設計されており、
中空の管状体を備える各プリフォーム(7)は、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の隣接する列間に配置され、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の列間の複数の流路(6)を規定するように前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の周りに形成されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム(1)。 - 請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)は、円筒型セルとして設計されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)は、角型セル又はパウチセルである
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記温度制御ユニット(4)は、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の外郭に寄り添っている接触部分(5)を有する
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
複数の流路(6)は、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の複数列の一端に沿って配置され別個に形成されたコレクタ(8)に、それぞれ接続されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記流路(6)は、流入側と流出側とにおいて、コレクタ(8)に連結されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(1)は、車両の一部である
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項6に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記コレクタ(8)は、車両の冷却回路に動作可能に連結されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記温度制御ユニット(4)は、蛇行形状に形成されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
前記温度制御ユニット(4)は、熱可塑性材料から形成されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - アシスト用電気駆動部と、
請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(1)とを
少なくとも備える車両。 - 複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(3)が配置された筐体(2)を備えるエネルギー貯蔵システム(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(3)が、前記筐体(2)に複数列に並んで配置され、
次いで、プリフォーム(7)が、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の各列の間に配置され、
温度制御ユニット(4)が、前記プリフォーム(7)からブロー成形によって形成される
方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法であって、
コレクタが、別個に形成され、前記エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の複数列の片側に沿って各流路(6)に接続される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムであって、
流入側及び流出側は、エネルギー貯蔵セル(3)の複数列の反対側の端である
ことを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。
