Claims (7)
- 工作機械に電気エネルギーを供給するための充電式バッテリ(1)であって、少なくとも1つのエネルギー蓄積セル(4)を収容するためのハウジング(2)を含む充電式バッテリ(1)のための衝撃吸収デバイス(7)において、前記充電式バッテリ(1)の前記ハウジング(2)に加えられた衝撃エネルギーを吸収するための少なくとも1つの衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、第1の端部(9a)及び第2の端部(9b)を含み、前記第1の端部(9a)及び前記第2の端部(9b)はそれぞれ前記ハウジング(2)に接しており、前記ハウジング(2)と前記少なくとも1つの衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)との間には空洞が配置されており、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、弧状の部分を含む形態で構成されており、
前記衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、少なくとも2つの構成要素片(81、82、83、84、85)を含み、2つの相互に隣接する構成要素片(81、82、83、84、85)は、それぞれの場合において、互いに鈍角(α、β、γ、δ)で配置される、ことを特徴とする衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、前記充電式バッテリ(1)の前記ハウジング(2)の第1の側面から前記充電式バッテリ(1)の前記ハウジング(2)の第2の側面まで延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。
- 前記第1の端部(9a)は、前記ハウジング(2)の第1の側面(2a、2b、2c、2d、2e、2f)に位置決めされ、及び前記第2の端部(9b)は、前記ハウジング(2)の第2の側面(2a、2b、2c、2d、2e、2f)に位置決めされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。
- 一定の距離(b)は、前記衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)の内側表面(11)と、前記充電式バッテリ(1)の前記ハウジング(2)の外側表面(12)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。
- 前記衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、前記衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)の前記弧状の部分が、前記ハウジング(2)の2つの相互に隣接する側面(2a、2b、2c、2d、2e、2f)の横方向の縁部(10)の周りに延在するように前記ハウジング(2)に位置決めされることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。
- 前記衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、円弧の形態で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。
- 前記衝撃吸収素子(8a、8b、8c、8d)は、少なくとも5つの構成要素片(81、82、83、84、85)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収デバイス(7)。
