Description
以下、本発明を具体的実施例により更に詳細に説明する。但し、本発明は、以下の実施例に何ら限定されるものではない。
本実施例においては、本願の発明者の一人が開発し、特願2018-198435号において開示された方法で作製したn型単層カーボンナノチューブ(N-SWNT)を用い、精製水100mL(ミリリットル)に1.33mgのN-SWNTを充分に再分散した懸濁液を生成した。

サンプル2の比(W2/W1)は0.33、サンプル3の比は0.5であり、条件(1)の下限は0.2であってもよく、上限は0.8であってもよく、0.7であってもよく、0.6であってもよい。
Claims (11)
- 第1の有機化合物からなるナノ構造を有する主構造体と、
前記主構造体の表面に凝集した複数のナノ粒子であって、第2の有機化合物からなる平均粒子径が少なくとも1nmのナノ粒子とを有し、
前記第1の有機化合物は、n型有機半導体化合物であって、フラーレン類、カーボンナノチューブ類、電子供与体をドープした導電性高分子、ペリレン誘導体、及びナフタレン誘導体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記第2の有機化合物は、p型有機半導体化合物であって、フタロシアニン誘導体、ナフタロシアニン誘導体、及びポルフィリン誘導体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、微小構造体。 - 請求項1において、
前記平均粒子径が少なくとも10nmである、微小構造体。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記主構造体は、懸濁液中に含まれる懸濁物質である、微小構造体。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかにおいて、
前記主構造体の全長は、10nmから10μmの範囲である、微小構造体。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の微小構造体を含む有機光触媒。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の微小構造体と、
前記微小構造体を保持する粉末、フィルム、シート、成形体、繊維、織物および分散液の少なくともいずれかを含む支持媒体とを有する製品。 - 請求項6において、
前記支持媒体は、前記微小構造体の処理対象物および生成物の少なくともいずれかを保持する物質を含む、製品。 - 第1の有機化合物からなるナノ構造を有する主構造体と、前記主構造体の表面に凝集した複数のナノ粒子であって、第2の有機化合物からなるナノ粒子とを有する微小構造体の製造方法であって、
前記第2の有機化合物の貧溶媒に前記主構造体を懸濁物質として含む懸濁液と、前記第2の有機化合物を良溶媒に分散させた溶液とを混合し、前記主構造体の表面に平均粒子径が少なくとも1nmの複数のナノ粒子を凝集させることを有し、
前記良溶媒は、N-メチルピロリドン、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジエチルスルホキシド、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N-メチルホルムアミド、ホルムアミド、2-ピロリジロン、1,3-ジメチル-2-イミダゾリジノン、2-ピロリジノン、ε-カプロラクタム、アセトアミド、N-メチルプロパンアミド、ヘキサメチルホスホリックトリアミドの群から選ばれる1種、又は2種以上の溶媒を含み、
前記第1の有機化合物は、n型有機半導体化合物であって、フラーレン類、カーボンナノチューブ類、電子供与体をドープした導電性高分子、ペリレン誘導体、及びナフタレン誘導体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記第2の有機化合物は、p型有機半導体化合物であって、フタロシアニン誘導体、ナフタロシアニン誘導体、及びポルフィリン誘導体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、製造方法。 - 請求項8において、
前記ナノ粒子を凝集させることは、前記平均粒子径が少なくとも10nmの複数のナノ粒子を凝集させることを含む、製造方法。 - 請求項8または9において、
前記貧溶媒として水を含む、製造方法。 - 請求項8ないし10のいずれかにおいて、
前記懸濁液に含まれる前記第1の有機化合物の重量W1と、前記溶液に含まれる前記第2の有機化合物の重量W2とが以下の条件を満たす、製造方法。
0.1<W2/W1<1.0
