Abstract
Description
本発明の鋳造用模型は、製品部2と方案部3とから構成される鋳造用模型1であって、ABS樹脂又は/及び炭素繊維強化ナイロン樹脂を3Dプリンタによって0.07mm以上0.15mm以下の積層ピッチで3次元に積層して形成している。

Claims (6)
- 炭素繊維強化ナイロン樹脂を3Dプリンタによって3次元に積層して製品部を形成し、ABS樹脂を3Dプリンタによって3次元に積層して方案部を形成し、前記製品部と前記方案部を砂に埋めて鋳型を製作する際の圧に耐えられる強度に形成する鋳造用模型の製造方法。
- 前記ABS樹脂及び前記炭素繊維強化ナイロン樹脂を0.07mm以上0.15mm以下の積層ピッチで3次元に積層して形成する請求項1に記載の鋳造用模型の製造方法。
- 前記製品部又は/及び前記方案部の内部を充填率25%以上50%以下の中空構造に形成する請求項1又は2に記載の鋳造用模型の製造方法。
- 断面が三角形、四角形又は六角形の筒状体を連続して配列し、前記中空構造を形成する請求項3に記載の鋳造用模型の製造方法。
- 炭素繊維強化ナイロン樹脂を3Dプリンタによって3次元に積層して充填率15%超えの中空構造又は非中空構造に形成した製品部と、ABS樹脂を3Dプリンタによって3次元に積層して充填率15%超えの中空構造又は非中空構造に形成した方案部と、を有する鋳造用模型。
- 木材を切削加工して形成した製品部と、3DプリンタによってABS樹脂を3次元に積層して充填率15%超えの中空構造又は非中空構造に形成した方案部と、を有する鋳造用模型。
