Claims (9)
- ロッドにより駆動され、管状ケースを摺動し、トラクションチャンバと圧縮チャンバとを分離するピストン(15)を備える可変負荷型液圧制御装置であって、前記ピストン(15)には、少なくとも一端で開口する縦チャネル(11)を備えて収容された上側管状ヘッド(10)が固定されており、および、内側管(9)が、一連の貫通孔を備える環状支持体(16)に固定されており、前記上側管状ヘッド(10)は、前記管状ケースと前記内側管(9)の外側に沿って摺動して、両構成要素(9,10)の内側および外側にそれぞれ内側チャンバ(14)および外側チャンバ(13)が形成され、これら両方のチャンバ(13,14)は前記チャネル(11)と前記環状支持体(16)の前記貫通孔とを介して連通しており、前記装置は、
前記内側管(9)に固定される内側ケース(5)であって、前記内側管(9)と同軸にその間に空間を形成可能である内側ケース(5)と、
前記内側管(9)と前記内側ケース(5)との間の前記空間に嵌合され、これらの間を摺動可能であり、これらと同軸であるフローティングピストン(1)と、
前記内側ケース(5)中に位置される保持リング(2)と、
前記内側管(9)と同軸であり、前記フローティングピストン(1)の突出部(1c)と前記上側管状ヘッド(10)中に位置されるワッシャ(12)の延在部との間に位置される上側スプリング(3)と、
前記内側管(9)と同軸であり、前記フローティングピストン(1)の前記突出部(1c)と前記内側ケース(5)中に位置する基部との間に形成された制御チャンバ(8)中に位置される下側スプリング(4)と、
前記外側チャンバ(13)と前記内側チャンバ(14)とを連通する可変リーク開口部(7)が設けられた前記内側管(9)の外表面の凹部により構成された制御面(6)と、を備え、
前記フローティングピストン(1)の位置は、前記液圧制御装置の静荷重により決定されると共に、前記可変リーク開口部(7)の流路断面を決定する可変負荷型液圧制御装置。 - 前記制御チャンバ(8)は、前記フローティングピストン(1)の前記突出部(1c)、前記内側ケース(5)の前記基部、前記内側管(9)および前記フローティングピストン(1)から選択される要素の内表面、ならびに、前記フローティングピストン(1)および前記内側ケース(5)から選択される要素の外表面によって構成され、前記制御チャンバ(8)はさらに、動荷重が加えられた際に前記フローティングピストン(1)が動かないよう流体が充填されている、請求項1に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
- 前記制御面(6)は、前記内側管(9)の外径に対して前記可変リーク開口部(7)に達するまで前記内側管(9)の縦軸の方向に増大する可変の深さと、圧縮ストローク中に前記上側管状ヘッド(10)によってカバーされるような長さと、を有する、請求項1に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
- 前記内側管(9)は、前記環状支持体(16)に近接した位置に、前記上側管状ヘッド(10)によるアクセスが不可能な常設リーク開口部(17)を備え、
前記内側ケース(5)は、バルブ支持体(20)により前記内側管(9)に取り付けられていると共に、前記流体が前記内側チャンバ(14)内で循環可能であるよう貫通溝(18)を備えている、請求項1に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。 - 前記制御面(6)は、前記内側管(9)の外径に対して深さを有すると共に、圧縮ストローク中に前記上側管状ヘッド(10)から常に突出する長さを有し、前記上側管状ヘッド(10)が前記圧縮ストロークの終点に達した時に流体の流路が閉じないようにする、請求項1に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
- 前記フローティングピストン(1)は、受ける前記静荷重に応じて、前記リーク開口部(7)に対向して、前記流体を前記外側チャンバ(13)および前記内側チャンバ(14)の間で流通させる位置に貫通開口部(19)を備える、請求項5に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
- 前記上側管状ヘッド(10)は、前記チャネル(11)を中心に整列された複数の孔を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
- 前記上側管状ヘッド(10)の前記チャネル(11)は前記ピストン(15)に最も近い端部で閉じられて、この端部までの距離が大きくなるに伴って前記上側管状ヘッド(10)の柔軟性が高まる、請求項7に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
- 前記チャネル(11)は貫通チャネルであり、前記上側管状ヘッド(10)の前記チャネル(11)の2つの端部が開いている、請求項7に記載の可変負荷型液圧制御装置。
