Claims (9)
- カテーテル組立体であって、
近位端部と、遠位端部と、それらの間に延びる管腔とを備えるカテーテルアダプタであって、前記遠位端部が、患者の血管系に挿入されるように構成されたカテーテルを備える、カテーテルアダプタと、
前記管腔内に配設されたセプタムと、
前記管腔内かつ前記セプタムの近位に配設されたワッシャと、を備え、前記ワッシャが円錐形状を有していて前記ワッシャを圧縮することにより、前記ワッシャの直径を増大させて前記ワッシャがより大きな力を前記カテーテルアダプタの壁上に及ぼすようになっている、カテーテル組立体。 - 前記セプタムへの近位方向の力に応答して、前記円錐形状が圧縮し前記ワッシャが前記カテーテルアダプタの内壁上により大きい力を及ぼす、請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記ワッシャは、前記セプタムへの前記近位の方向の力の取り除きに応答して前記ワッシャが前記円錐形状に戻るような、弾力性のものである、請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記ワッシャは、内側縁と、外側縁とを備え、前記外側縁の全体は、前記カテーテルアダプタの内壁に接触する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記内側縁は、複数の外方向に延びるスロットを備える、請求項4に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記外側縁は、複数の内方向に延びるスロットを備える、請求項4に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記内側縁は内周であり、前記外側縁は外周である、請求項4に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記カテーテルアダプタを通って延びる導入針をさらに備え、前記内側縁が開口部を形成していて前記導入針がそこを通って延びる、請求項4に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- カテーテル組立体であって、
近位端部と、遠位端部と、それらの間に延びる管腔とを備えるカテーテルアダプタであって、前記遠位端部が、患者の血管系に挿入されるように構成されたカテーテルを備える、カテーテルアダプタと、
前記管腔内に配設されたセプタムと、
セプタム固定要素と、を備え、前記セプタム固定要素が前記セプタムの遠位端部の近位に配設され、前記セプタム固定要素が前記セプタムへの近位力に応答して前記セプタムを固定するように構成されており、
前記カテーテルアダプタを通って延びる導入針と、
前記管腔内かつ前記セプタムの近位に配設されたワッシャとをさらに備え、前記ワッシャが、離間して置かれていてU字形状を形成する2つのアームを含み、前記2つのアームは、先が尖った、または鋭利な要素で終端するようになっている、カテーテル組立体。
