以下、本発明を実施例によって詳しく説明したが、本発明がこれら実施例によって限定されるのではないことは勿論である。
本発明のロープを構成する金属ワイヤーに含まれる生分解性金属に対する肌の安定性評価などは前記背景技術に記載されたような本発明者による研究論文や既特許出願件から既に糾明された。
本発明の埋線療法用ロープが組職内で水素ガスを発生させるということ、そしてこのような水素ガスの発生に起因してポリマーからなる線状コアと組職間の接触面積を減少させてロープの寿命を延長させることができることに対して確認するために、ラットを対象として埋線療法用ロープを経皮層に挿入してこれをMicro-CTを通じて観察する実験を行った。
Claims (2)
- 生分解性ポリマーを含む線状コアと、
前記線状コアの外周面に螺旋状に巻かれた金属ワイヤーとを含んで構成された埋線療法用ロープであって、
前記埋線療法用ロープは、マグネシウムまたは亜鉛を含む生分解性金属または合金が有する剛性を低減し、
前記金属ワイヤーはマグネシウムまたは亜鉛単独またはこれらの混合物、及びマグネシウムまたは亜鉛を主成分とするこれらの合金の中で選択された少なくとも1種の生分解性金属を含むものであることを特徴とする埋線療法用ロープ。 - 請求項1に記載の埋線療法用ロープを含むことを特徴とする埋線療法用ニードル装置。
