Description
Claims (11)
- 被験者の血圧測定値を決定するための装置であって、
光センサが前記被験者の皮膚に当てられる力の或る範囲の間で、前記被験者の皮膚から反射された第1の波長範囲の光の強度、及び、前記被験者の皮膚から反射された、前記第1の波長範囲とは異なる第2の波長範囲の光の強度の測定値を、前記光センサから取得し、
前記当てられる力のそれぞれについて、前記第1の波長範囲の光の前記強度と前記第2の波長範囲の光の前記強度との比率を決定し、
前記当てられる力の前記範囲の間における前記比率の積分に基づいて、前記被験者の血圧測定値を決定するプロセッサを含む、
装置。 - 前記第1の波長範囲は、620nm~700nmの範囲の波長、又は、700nm~1mmの範囲の波長の光を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の波長範囲は、495nm~570nmの範囲の波長の光を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記光センサが前記被験者の皮膚に当てられる力の前記範囲の関数としての前記第1の波長範囲の光の強度と前記第2の波長範囲の光の強度との決定された比率のプロットの下の面積として、前記当てられる力の前記範囲の間における前記比率の積分を決定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置と、前記光センサとを含む、被験者の血圧測定値を決定するためのシステムであって、
前記光センサは、前記光センサが前記被験者の皮膚に当てられる力の前記範囲の間で、前記被験者の皮膚から反射された前記第1の波長範囲の光の強度、及び、前記被験者の皮膚から反射された前記第2の波長範囲の光の強度の測定値を取得する、システム。 - 前記光センサが前記被験者の皮膚に当てられる力の前記範囲を測定する力センサをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記被験者の皮膚に、前記第1の波長範囲の光及び前記第2の波長範囲の光を放出する光源をさらに含む、請求項5又は6に記載のシステム。
- 前記被験者の皮膚と接触可能な光学ヘッドをさらに含み、前記光学ヘッドは、前記光センサを含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学ヘッドは、前記光源をさらに含む、請求項7に従属する請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 被験者の血圧測定値を決定するための方法であって、
光センサが前記被験者の皮膚に当てられる力の或る範囲の間で、前記被験者の皮膚から反射された第1の波長範囲の光の強度、及び、前記被験者の皮膚から反射された、前記第1の波長範囲とは異なる第2の波長範囲の光の強度の測定値を、前記光センサから取得するステップと、
前記当てられる力のそれぞれについて、前記第1の波長範囲の光の強度と前記第2の波長範囲の光の強度との比率を決定するステップと、
前記当てられる力の前記範囲の間における前記比率の積分に基づいて、前記被験者の血圧測定値を決定するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 内部に具現化されたコンピュータ可読コードを有するコンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記コンピュータ可読コードは、適切なコンピュータ又はプロセッサによる実行時に、前記コンピュータ又は前記プロセッサに請求項10に記載の方法を実行させる、コンピュータ可読媒体。
