Description
Claims (12)
- 棒状の挿通体が挿通された内部管が外部管内に配置された予備被覆管を設ける工程と、
前記予備被覆管の外側から内側へと圧力を加えて、前記予備被覆管の直径を減少させる工程と、
前記挿通体の延長方向に平行に力を与えて、前記内部管内から前記挿通体を抜き出す工程と、
を含み、
前記内部管と前記外部管が、互いに異なる金属から形成され、
前記挿通体の硬度が、前記内部管の硬度よりも小さい、
多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記予備被覆管の直径を減少させる工程が、
互いにペアをなす複数本のローラーからそれぞれなる複数のローリングユニットを前記予備被覆管の長手方向に配置して、前記複数本のローラーの間に前記予備被覆管を移動させる工程を含む、
請求項1に記載の多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記複数のローリングユニットは、前記予備被覆管の長手方向に沿って前記複数本のローラー間の距離が段階的に減少し、
前記複数本のローラーの間に前記予備被覆管を移動させる工程においては、前記予備被覆管の内側に加えられる圧力が次第に増加される、
請求項2に記載の多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記複数のローリングユニットが、
前記複数本のローラーが第1の方向に配設された第1のローリングユニットと、
前記複数本のローラーが前記第1の方向と交わる第2の方向に配設された第2のローリングユニットと、
を備え、
前記第1のローリングユニットと前記第2のローリングユニットが、交互に配置される、
請求項2に記載の多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記予備被覆管の直径を減少させる工程においては、前記挿通体が前記内部管に向かって前記圧力に対する反作用力を与える、
請求項1に記載の多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記予備被覆管を設ける工程は、
前記挿通体の表面を研磨したり、前記挿通体の表面に潤滑剤を塗布したりする工程と、
前記挿通体を前記内部管内に挿通させる工程と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載の多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記挿通体が、弾性を有する、
請求項1に記載の多層構造の核燃料被覆管の製造方法。 - 前記挿通体が、高分子からなる、
