Claims (8)
- バッテリーセルとパック端子との間のメイン経路に配設され、動作状態によって前記メイン経路を通電または遮断するように構成されたリレーと、
前記メイン経路から比較電圧を受け、基準電圧と前記比較電圧との差に基づいて前記リレーに結果信号を出力するように構成された比較器と、
前記比較器に前記基準電圧を印加するように構成された電圧源と、
前記電圧源と前記比較器との間に配設されるように構成された可変抵抗と、
前記可変抵抗の抵抗値を調節して、前記リレーの耐圧に対応すべく前記比較器に印加される前記基準電圧の大きさを調節するように構成された制御部と、を含み、
前記リレーは、前記結果信号を受信し、受信した結果信号の大きさに応じて動作状態がターンオン状態またはターンオフ状態に制御されるように構成されたことを特徴とする、リレー制御装置。 - 前記比較器は、前記リレーと前記パック端子との間から前記比較電圧を受けるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 前記リレーは、前記バッテリーセルにおいて前記パック端子に向かう方向を正方向として配設されたダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 前記比較器は、前記比較電圧が前記基準電圧よりも大きいと、前記リレーの動作状態をターンオフ状態に制御する第1結果信号を出力するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 前記比較器は、前記比較電圧が前記基準電圧よりも小さいと、前記リレーの動作状態をターンオン状態に制御する第2結果信号を出力するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記リレーの劣化程度を判断し、判断された劣化程度に基づいて前記可変抵抗の大きさを調節するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記リレーの駆動回数によって前記劣化程度を判断するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のリレー制御装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
