(1) 患者の組織を治療するように構成された外科用器具であって、
シャフトと、
遠位ヘッドと、
前記遠位ヘッドを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する関節運動継手と、を備え、前記遠位ヘッドは定位置でロック可能ではない、外科用器具。
(2) 前記遠位ヘッドは、前記遠位ヘッドに加えられた外力に応答して、前記シャフトに対して浮動し得る、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(3) 前記遠位ヘッドは、前記遠位ヘッドに加えられた外力に応答して、前記シャフトに対して受動的に関節運動される、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(4) 前記シャフトは長手方向シャフト軸線を画定し、前記遠位ヘッドは、前記長手方向シャフト軸線に対して、2つの異なる平面内で関節運動可能である、実施態様3に記載の外科用器具。
(5) 前記遠位ヘッドは、前記長手方向シャフト軸線に対して合成角をとるように構成されている、実施態様4に記載の外科用器具。
(7) 前記遠位ヘッドは組織開口部を備え、前記組織開口部は、前記遠位ヘッドの前部を画定し、前記平面は前記前部を通じて延在し、前記遠位ヘッドは前後方向モーションにおいて関節運動可能である、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(8) 前記遠位ヘッドは組織開口部を備え、前記組織開口部は、前記遠位ヘッドの前部を画定し、前記平面は前記前部に対して横に延在し、前記遠位ヘッドは横方向モーションにおいて関節運動可能である、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(9) 前記外科用器具は、前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるための関節運動アクチュエータを備えていない、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(10) ステープルカートリッジと、前記ステープルカートリッジからステープルを配備するように構成されたステープル発射システムと、を更に備える、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(12) 前記第1の関節運動継手は、第1の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドが関節運動することを可能にするように構成されており、前記第2の関節運動継手は、前記第1の平面とは異なる第2の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドが関節運動することを可能にするように構成されている、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(13) 前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面は直交する、実施態様12に記載の外科用器具。
(14) 前記第1の関節運動継手は受動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記第2の関節運動継手は能動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記外科用器具は、前記第1の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるための関節運動駆動部を備えず、また前記外科用器具は、前記第2の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるように構成された関節運動駆動部を備える、実施態様12に記載の外科用器具。
(15) 前記第1の関節運動継手は受動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記第2の関節運動継手は受動的な関節運動継手を備える、実施態様12に記載の外科用器具。
(17) 前記遠位ヘッドは、前記患者組織に対して前記遠位ヘッドが移動される際に、前記患者組織に自己適応するように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(18) 前記患者組織を切断するように構成された組織切断システムを更に備え、前記遠位ヘッドは、経路に沿って前記患者組織を前記遠位ヘッドが切断する際に、自己関節運動するように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(19) 患者の組織を治療するための外科用器具であって、
シャフトと、
前記患者組織を切断するように構成された組織切断システムを備える遠位ヘッドと、
前記遠位ヘッドを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する関節運動継手と、を備え、前記遠位ヘッドは、経路に沿って前記患者組織を前記遠位ヘッドが切断する際に、自己関節運動するように構成されている、外科用器具。
(20) 患者の組織を治療するように構成された外科用器具であって、
シャフトと、
遠位ヘッドと、
前記遠位ヘッドを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する関節運動継手と、を備え、前記遠位ヘッドは、前記患者組織に対して前記遠位ヘッドが移動される際に、前記患者組織に自己適応するように構成されている、外科用器具。
Claims (12)
- 患者の組織を治療するように構成された外科用器具であって、
シャフトと、
遠位ヘッドと、
前記遠位ヘッドを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する関節運動継手と、を備え、前記遠位ヘッドは定位置でロック可能ではなく、
前記遠位ヘッドは、前記遠位ヘッドに加えられた外力に応答して、前記シャフトに対して受動的に関節運動され、
前記シャフトは長手方向シャフト軸線を画定し、前記遠位ヘッドは、前記長手方向シャフト軸線に対して、1つの平面内でのみ関節運動可能である、外科用器具。 - 前記遠位ヘッドは、前記遠位ヘッドに加えられた外力に応答して、前記シャフトに対して浮動し得る、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記外科用器具は、前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるための関節運動アクチュエータを備えていない、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- ステープルカートリッジと、前記ステープルカートリッジからステープルを配備するように構成されたステープル発射システムと、を更に備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記関節運動継手は第1の関節運動継手を含み、前記外科用器具は第2の関節運動継手を更に備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。

遠位ヘッドと、
前記遠位ヘッドを前記シャフトに回転可能に接続する関節運動継手と、を備え、前記遠位ヘッドは定位置でロック可能ではなく、
前記関節運動継手は第1の関節運動継手を含み、前記外科用器具は第2の関節運動継手を更に備え、
前記第1の関節運動継手は、第1の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドが関節運動することを可能にするように構成されており、前記第2の関節運動継手は、前記第1の平面とは異なる第2の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドが関節運動することを可能にするように構成されている、外科用器具。 - 前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面は直交する、請求項6に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の関節運動継手は受動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記第2の関節運動継手は能動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記外科用器具は、前記第1の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるための関節運動駆動部を備えず、また前記外科用器具は、前記第2の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるように構成された関節運動駆動部を備える、請求項6に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の関節運動継手は受動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記第2の関節運動継手は受動的な関節運動継手を備える、請求項6に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の関節運動継手は能動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記第2の関節運動継手は能動的な関節運動継手を備え、前記外科用器具は、前記第1の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるように構成された第1の関節運動駆動装置と、前記第2の平面内で前記遠位ヘッドを関節運動させるように構成された第2の関節運動駆動装置と、を備える、請求項6に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記遠位ヘッドは、前記患者の組織に対して前記遠位ヘッドが移動される際に、前記患者の組織に自己適応するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記患者の組織を切断するように構成された組織切断システムを更に備え、前記遠位ヘッドは、経路に沿って前記患者の組織を前記遠位ヘッドが切断する際に、自己関節運動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
