Description
The present invention relates to flexible doors constructed from a plurality of panel members.
Doors used as room dividers include, for example, sliding doors and single-opening doors with hinges on the sides. A sliding type door requires a space for storing the door when the doorway is opened. On the other hand, a single-opening door requires a fan-shaped wide space that becomes a dead space in the range in which the door moves when it is opened and closed. As a door that can reduce such a dead space, there is known a folding type door that is composed of a plurality of panel members and can be folded in a bellows shape when the door is opened (see Patent Document 1).
However, this folding door requires a space corresponding to the width of the panel member when folded. In addition, folding doors are not suitable for doors that form closed spaces such as toilets because there is a possibility that gaps may occur at the joints of the panel members. Furthermore, since the panel members of this door are connected by hinges, not only is it time-consuming to assemble the door, but also, for example, it takes a lot of time and effort to replace a part of the panel members.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a flexible door capable of minimizing the dead space during movement of the door, reliably forming a closed room space when the door is closed, and greatly shortening the time required for assembling the door and replacing panel members.
本発明に係るフレキシブルドアは、両側部に係合溝を有する第一係合部が固着された複数のパネル部材と、前記係合溝に回動可能な状態で係合する係合部を両側部に有し、前記複数のパネル部材を連結する連結部材と、前記連結部材の前記係合部間は、連結部で連結され、前記係合部は前記連結部と一体に形成され、前記連結部の中央部に円形の凸部が形成され、を備えることを特徴とする。 A flexible door according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a plurality of panel members to which first engaging portions having engaging grooves on both sides are fixed ; a connecting member that has engaging portions on both sides that engage with the engaging grooves in a rotatable manner; and that connects the plurality of panel members; the engaging portions of the connecting members are connected by a connecting portion;
In the flexible door, the engaging portion has a solid or hollow shape with a circular cross section.
In the flexible door, the engaging groove has an opening with a width smaller than the diameter of the circular engaging portion, and the connecting member is characterized in that the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging groove through the opening.
In the flexible door of the present invention, the engaging grooves formed on both sides of the panel member are rotatably engaged with the engaging portions formed on both sides of the connecting member to connect a plurality of panel members, whereby the door can be folded and moved without creating a dead space. In addition, since the panel members are connected without gaps by the connecting member, it is possible to reliably form a closed room space such as a toilet when the door is closed. Furthermore, since the panel member and the connecting member can be easily attached and detached, the time required for assembling the door and replacing the panel member or the connecting member can be greatly reduced.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the
The
The
Like the

<Action and effect of the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
In this way, the
5A to 5C are plan views of modifications of the panel member that constitutes the flexible door of this embodiment. In the
6A to 6C are plan views of modifications of the connecting member that constitutes the flexible door of this embodiment. In the connecting
FIG. 7 shows a specific example in which the
FIG. 8 shows another application example of the
The
According to the
In the
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
