内室を取り囲むように突き合わせられ、重ね継ぎ補強される四角形室の内側舗装形式を採用するステップと、
成形金型に入らせる前、重ね継ぎ補強舗装層を導入するステップと、
複数段の遷移金型を利用して、四角形室の内側舗装層を方形形状から台形形状へ遷移させるステップと、を含む。
平織り炭素繊維織物を増粘処理して、型材の外面に敷設するステップをさらに含む。

Claims (7)
- 突き合わせ接続されて重ね継ぎ補強された複数の四角形室が設けられた型材(1)を含み、前記四角形室は方形室(101)とキャビティ(102)とを含み、前記方形室(101)の方形形状は前記型材(1)に沿って前記キャビティ(102)の台形形状へ遷移しており、前記キャビティ(102)の台形形状は二等辺台形及び直角台形を含み、
前記方形室(101)から前記キャビティ(102)への遷移構造において、複数段の前記方形室(101)と複数段の前記キャビティ(102)が配置されており、第1段の複数の前記方形室(101)は順に直角辺にて互いに突き合わせ接続されて、第1段の末端の前記方形室(101)の直角辺は前記キャビティ(102)の直角辺と突き合わせ接続され、複数の前記キャビティ(102)の台形の斜辺は互いに突き合わせ接続され、第1段末端の前記キャビティ(102)の直角辺は第2段先端の前記方形室(101)の直角辺と突き合わせ接続されるとともに、第2段の複数の前記方形室(101)に順に接続され、第1段と第2段との接続形式は繰り返して循環することで、より多くの段数を含む前記型材(1)を構成しており、
前記型材(1)の外面には多軸炭素繊維布が敷設され、前記四角形室の内面には多軸炭素繊維布が敷設され、前記四角形室は、多軸炭素繊維布が該四角形室を取り囲むように突き合わせられ、重ね継ぎ補強される舗装形式を採用しており、前記四角形室における突き合わせるためのスリットと、前記四角形室における重ね継ぎするための補強シートとは、前記四角形室の下面にあることを特徴とする複合材料舗装構造。 - 前記多軸炭素繊維布は双方向平織り炭素繊維織物、又は双方向綾織り炭素繊維織物、又は模様入り炭素繊維織物、又は±45°の仕上げ織物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記多軸炭素繊維布は、増粘処理された双方向平織り炭素繊維織物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記型材(1)の内部は一方向炭素繊維糸であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造を適用することを特徴とする複合材料車体。
- 請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造を製造する複合材料の舗装方法であって、
多軸炭素繊維布が四角形室を取り囲むように突き合わせられ、重ね継ぎ補強される四角形室の内側舗装形式を採用するステップと、
成形金型に入らせる前、重ね継ぎ補強舗装層を導入するステップと、
複数段の遷移金型を利用して、前記四角形室の内側舗装層を方形形状から台形形状へ遷移させるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする複合材料の舗装方法。 - 複数段の遷移金型を利用して、前記四角形室の内側舗装層を方形形状から台形形状へ遷移させるステップの後、
平織り炭素繊維織物を増粘処理して、前記型材(1)の外面に敷設するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合材料の舗装方法。
