Abstract
Description
内室を取り囲むように突き合わせられ、重ね継ぎ補強される四角形室の内側舗装形式を採用するステップと、
成形金型に入らせる前、重ね継ぎ補強舗装層を導入するステップと、
複数段の遷移金型を利用して、四角形室の内側舗装層を方形形状から台形形状へ遷移させるステップと、を含む。
平織り炭素繊維織物を増粘処理して、型材の外面に敷設するステップをさらに含む。

Claims (10)
- 突き合わせ接続されてから、重ね継ぎ補強された複数の四角形室が設けられた型材(1)を含み、前記四角形室は方形室(101)とキャビティ(102)とを含み、前記方形室(101)の方形形状は前記型材(1)に沿って前記キャビティ(102)の台形形状へ遷移することを特徴とする複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記型材(1)の外面には多軸炭素繊維布が敷設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記多軸炭素繊維布は双方向平織り炭素繊維織物、又は双方向綾織り炭素繊維織物、又は模様入り炭素繊維織物、又は±45°の仕上げ織物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記多軸炭素繊維布は、増粘処理された双方向平織り炭素繊維織物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記四角形室の内面には多軸炭素繊維布が敷設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記型材(1)の内部は一方向炭素繊維糸であることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 前記四角形室における突き合わせるためのスリットと、前記四角形室における重ね継ぎするための補強シートとは、前記四角形室の下面にあることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造。
- 請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造を適用することを特徴とする複合材料車体。
- 請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の複合材料舗装構造を製造する複合材料の舗装方法であって、
内室を取り囲むように突き合わせられ、重ね継ぎ補強される四角形室の内側舗装形式を採用するステップと、
成形金型に入らせる前、重ね継ぎ補強舗装層を導入するステップと、
複数段の遷移金型を利用して、前記四角形室の内側舗装層を方形形状から台形形状へ遷移させるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする複合材料の舗装方法。 - 複数段の遷移金型を利用して、前記四角形室の内側舗装層を方形形状から台形形状へ遷移させるステップの後、
平織り炭素繊維織物を増粘処理して、前記型材(1)の外面に敷設するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の複合材料の舗装方法。
