Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an information concealing sheet that conceals information and exposes the information when opened.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an information concealing sheet has been used that hides information and reveals the information when the sheet is opened. The information concealment sheet conceals information during distribution, and allows the user to display the information through simple operations during use. Information concealment sheets are used for various purposes such as coupons, lotteries, and concealment postcards on which secret matters are recorded.
The main application of the information concealing sheet is "lottery", and "lottery type" has also been proposed, in which it is possible to know whether or not a person wins a prize by opening a folded sheet (see Patent Document 1). In the case of "lottery tickets" where the winner is known by opening such a form, there is a problem that the ticket can be seen through before the ticket is opened. On the other hand, in the invention described in
However, in the above conventional "lottery", since the opaque printed film or background pattern is separately formed, there is a problem that the material cost and the manufacturing process increase, leading to an increase in cost.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an information concealing sheet that makes it difficult to visually recognize information formed inside even when seen through the sheet while suppressing costs.
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention,
Concealment information, which is information to be hidden on the inner surface of the second base material, in which the first base material and the second base material facing each other are adhered releasably by an adhesive layer coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. An information hiding sheet forming a
Background information surrounding the concealed information is formed around the concealed information, and
The masking information is formed by printing using a first ink , and the background information is formed by printing using a second ink containing the same pigment as the first ink,
By making the content ratio of the pigment in the first ink lower than that in the second ink and forming the concealment information and the background information in the same color, the film thickness of the concealment information is made thicker than that of the background information. , an information hiding sheet characterized in that the fixability of the first ink to the second substrate is worse than the fixability of the second ink to the second substrate;
I will provide a.
Further, the information hiding sheet according to the present invention is
The content ratio of the pigment in the first ink is lower than the content ratio of the pigment in the second ink by 3% by mass or more.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes possible to make it difficult to visually recognize the information formed inside even if it sees through while suppressing cost.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
<1. Configuration of Information Concealing Sheet>
FIG. 1 is a developed view of an information concealing sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, an example in which the information hiding sheet is applied to a "lottery" will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the information concealing sheet is formed of one continuous
When one side of the information concealing sheet in the unfolded state is the first side and the other side is the second side, FIG. 1 is a view seen from the first side. Which of the unfolded information concealing sheets may be the first side and which side may be the second side. In this embodiment, when folded by the folding
As shown in FIG. 1, on the first surface of the
In this embodiment, both the
In this embodiment, the color difference value "5.0" permitted by the JAPAN Color certification system conforming to the ISO international supplementary standard is regarded as substantially the same color. In practice, the color difference is measured using a spectrophotometer “SpectroEye” manufactured by GretagMacbeth, Inc., and color differences within “5.0” are regarded as the same color. The color difference is an index that also considers the lightness and darkness of the color.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. In FIG. 2, the upper side of the drawing is the first surface, and the lower side of the drawing is the second surface. In FIG. 2,
The
The difference in pigment density between the first ink and the second ink will be described. The difference in pigment density between the first ink and the second ink can be expressed as the difference in the pigment content ratio between the first ink and the second ink. As for the difference in pigment concentration between the first ink and the second ink, the pigment content ratio of the first ink is preferably lower than that of the second ink by 3% by mass or more. This indicates the content ratio of each pigment when the entirety of each ink is 100% by mass. If the difference in pigment content ratio is less than 3% by mass, it is difficult to create a difference in the thickness of the ink coating film in order to make the densities of the
The pigment of the first ink and the pigment of the second ink may be different or the same as long as they have substantially the same color. In this embodiment, the same pigment is used as the pigment of the first ink and the pigment of the second ink. When the same pigment is used as the pigment of the first ink and the pigment of the second ink, the
The
The surfaces other than the first surface of the
In the information concealing sheet in the unfolded state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in the plan views of FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b), the folded and crimped information concealing sheet is in a state in which the first surface on which the concealing
The information concealment sheet is opened from the state shown in FIG. Specifically, the vicinity of the
As the
As a printing ink for printing common information on a plurality of information concealment sheets such as the
As the adhesive main agent of the pressure-sensitive adhesive used for the
In addition, tackifiers such as rosin and rosin esters are added to the adhesive main agent, and inorganic fillers such as microsilica, titanium oxide and activated clay are added to prevent blocking and to impart writability. Furthermore, as a blocking control agent, acid-modified polyvinyl alcohol is added, or resin beads such as acryl or fine particles such as cornstarch are used in combination. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied by a known printing method such as a flexographic method or a gravure method or a coating method, and the coated amount after drying is 0.1 to 10.0 g/m 2 , preferably 1.0 to 6.0 g/

Then, the variable information is printed by inkjet printing. The variable information is information that differs depending on each information concealment sheet, and includes, for example, a serial number for manufacturing control and forgery prevention.
<3. Use of Information Concealment Sheet>
Next, use of the completed information concealment sheet will be described. The information concealing sheet of this embodiment can form concealing information between the

As described above, the pigment content of the first ink is 5 mass % lower than the pigment content of the second ink. This satisfies the condition that the pigment content ratio of the first ink is lower than the pigment content ratio of the second ink by 3 mass % or more.

Pigment 15% by mass
Monomer 55-65% by mass
Paraffin wax 1-5% by mass

Second ink (background information 4)
Glycerols 10-15% by mass
Pigment 1-5% by mass
Water 59-80% by mass
Organic component 10-15% by mass
Triethylene glycol monobutyl ether 1-5% by mass
As noted above, the first ink is predominantly organic and the second contains 59-80% by weight inorganic (water). That is, the content ratio of the inorganic component in the second ink is higher than the content ratio of the inorganic component in the first ink. Specifically, the content ratio of the inorganic component in the second ink is higher than the content ratio of the inorganic component in the first ink by 30% by mass or more, and more preferably by 50% by mass or more. When the content ratio of the inorganic component in the second ink is higher than the predetermined mass %, the second ink is more difficult to transfer than the first ink.
The same yellow pigment was used as the first ink and the second ink. Of course, colors other than yellow may be used. The film thickness of the

Thereafter, similarly to Example 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the entire first surfaces of the
Inkjet ink contains more inorganic components, mainly water, than other inks such as UV ink. For this reason, other inks such as UV inks are in a state in which ink pigments are placed on the paper after drying and curing, whereas inkjet inks have pigments inside the paper. Therefore, the contact area between the glue applied after printing and the ink is smaller in the case of the inkjet ink, so that transfer is less likely to occur. In addition, in Example 3, a pigment was used as the colorant of the inkjet ink, but a dye may be used.
In any case of Examples 1 to 3, the concealed information could not be recognized even when viewed through the light in the pressure-bonded state shown in FIG. In both Examples 1 and 3, a sufficient amount of the printing ink forming the
