Description
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生物品であって、
口側端と前記口側端から上流にある遠位端とを有するロッドの形態に組み立てられた複数の要素であって、前記複数の要素がエアロゾル形成基体と前記エアロゾル形成基体の上流に位置するプラグ要素とを含み、前記プラグ要素が円筒形であり、かつ非誘導加熱可能材料から形成されている複数の要素と、
前記エアロゾル形成基体と熱連通して配設されたサセプタ材料と、
前記非誘導加熱可能材料と接触して配設された誘導加熱可能材料の層とを備える、エアロゾル発生物品。 - 前記プラグ要素が前記非誘導加熱可能材料から形成された円筒形の管であり、前記管が外周面および内周面を有し、誘導加熱可能材料の前記層が前記内周面および前記外周面のうちの少なくとも一つと接触して配設されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記誘導加熱可能材料が、前記非誘導加熱可能材料に結合された箔の層および金属化紙の層のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記誘導加熱可能材料が、前記非誘導加熱可能材料上に被覆または堆積された金属化紙の層を備える、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記誘導加熱可能材料が、前記非誘導加熱可能材料の少なくとも一部分の周りに延びる少なくとも一つの連続的な帯の中に配置されている、請求項1~4に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記プラグ要素が、前記エアロゾル発生物品の前記口側端と前記遠位端の間の長軸方向に延びる長さを有し、誘導加熱可能材料の前記少なくとも一つの連続的な帯が、前記長軸方向に延びる幅を有し、誘導加熱可能材料の前記少なくとも一つの連続的な帯の前記幅が、前記プラグ要素の前記長さの50パーセント~100パーセントである、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 誘導加熱可能材料の前記層が、約100ナノメートル~約50マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品と、
エアロゾル発生装置とを備え、前記エアロゾル発生装置が、
前記エアロゾル発生物品を受容するためのくぼみと、
前記くぼみ内に変動電磁場を生成するためのインダクタとを備える、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記インダクタが、前記エアロゾル発生物品の前記サセプタ材料を(前記くぼみの中に受容された時に)摂氏約200度~摂氏約400度の温度に加熱し、同時に誘導加熱可能材料の前記層を摂氏約50度~摂氏約150度の温度に加熱するように配設されている、請求項8に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 電源と、前記くぼみ内に前記変動電磁場を生成するために前記電源から前記インダクタに電力を供給するように配設されたコントローラとをさらに備える、請求項8または9に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記くぼみ内の前記誘導加熱可能材料の存在を検出するように配設された検出回路をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記検出回路が前記くぼみ内の前記誘導加熱可能材料の存在を検出する時にのみ、前記コントローラが前記インダクタに電力を供給するように配設されている、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生物品が前記くぼみ内に受容されている時に、第一の電極と第二の電極の間の前記誘導加熱可能材料の少なくとも一部分を受容するように配設された前記第一の電極および前記第二の電極を前記検出回路が備える、請求項11または12に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極の間の抵抗および静電容量のうちの少なくとも一つを測定して、前記くぼみ内の前記誘導加熱可能材料の存在を検出するように配設されている、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品からエアロゾルを発生させる方法であって、前記方法が、
前記エアロゾル発生物品を変動電磁場の中に位置付ける工程と、
前記サセプタ材料を摂氏200度~摂氏400度の温度に誘導加熱し、同時に誘導加熱可能材料の前記層を摂氏50度~摂氏150度の温度に誘導加熱する工程とを含む、方法。
