Claims (3)
- 盛立材料製造装置によって製造されて、運搬機械によって運搬されて締固められ盛立構造物を形成する盛立材料の品質を区画された複数の締固め対象領域ごとに管理する品質管理システムであって、
品質情報取得部、運搬機械位置取得部、締固め機械位置取得部、締固め情報取得部、及び照合部を備え、
前記盛立材料製造装置は、細粒材と粗粒材を混合して盛立材料を製造するものであって、
前記品質情報取得部は、前記盛立材料製造装置に設けられ、混合後の前記盛立材料の品質情報を取得時刻と共に取得し、前記盛立材料は、混合後の前記品質情報の取得後、前記盛立材料製造装置から前記運搬機械に積み込まれ、運搬され、荷下ろしされるものであり、
前記運搬機械位置取得部が、前記盛立材料の積み込み時刻、前記盛立材料の積み込み位置、及び前記盛立材料の荷下ろし位置である盛立位置情報を取得し、
前記締固め機械位置取得部は、締固め機械位置を取得し、
前記締固め情報取得部は、締固め情報を取得し、
前記照合部は、前記盛立材料の前記品質情報の取得時刻と前記盛立材料の積み込み時刻を紐付け、前記盛立材料の前記盛立位置情報と前記締固め機械位置を紐付け、前記品質情報と前記盛立位置情報及び前記締固め情報とを照合し、
前記照合を区画された複数の前記締固め対象領域ごとに行う、
品質管理システム。 - 前記盛立材料製造装置は、含水比取得部、及び粒度取得部を備え、
前記含水比取得部及び前記粒度取得部は前記盛立材料の含水比及び粒度のそれぞれを連続的に測定する、
請求項1に記載の品質管理システム。 - 前記照合部は、前記運搬機械に設けられた荷重計から得られた積込信号の検知によって前記盛立材料に積み込み時刻を紐付ける、
