Description

The present invention relates to a sheet unfolding device for disaster prevention equipment that suppresses and extinguishes a fire that breaks out in a large space such as a warehouse.

Conventionally, as a disaster prevention system to control and extinguish a fire in a surveillance area, when a fire is detected by a fire detector, a metal fire prevention shutter is closed in conjunction with the detection of a fire to form a fire prevention compartment. There are fire alarm equipment (Patent Document 1) that suppresses the spread of fire, and sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment (Patent Document 2) that suppresses and extinguishes fires by spraying fire extinguishing water by opening the sprinkler head in response to the hot air flow caused by the fire. Are known.

Also, a disaster prevention curtain fire extinguishing system intended for mechanical parking lots is known (Patent Document 3). This disaster prevention curtain fire extinguishing system is equipped with multi-level parking stages that have parking sections for vehicles in a mechanical parking lot. When a fire is detected in a section, the disaster prevention curtain descends to block the front and both sides, and fire extinguishing gas is ejected from the fire extinguishing nozzle to extinguish the fire.

In addition, the conventional disaster prevention curtain is lowered by a motor drive, and is rolled up by a motor drive when the fire is extinguished.

However, such conventional disaster prevention equipment has a problem when it is applied to a facility having a large space such as a warehouse.

For example, metal fireproof shutters do not have sufficient heat shielding properties, and the facility structure is large-scaled, making it difficult to repair after a fire.

Conventionally, protective compartments are formed over a relatively large area according to the layout of rooms and floors. It is not realistic to use conventional fire shutters to form detailed fire prevention compartments due to the characteristics of logistics that goods are stored and taken out on rack shelves etc.

In addition, in the case of warehouses with high ceilings, for example, fire-extinguishing water from sprinkler fire-extinguishing equipment scatters while falling, reducing the amount of water sprayed per unit area and reducing the efficiency of water spraying. There is the problem of increased losses.

In addition, the conventional disaster prevention curtain fire extinguishing system does not pose a problem in the case of a compartment structure in which the fire extinguishing target compartment is partitioned vertically and horizontally by a support structure, such as the parking part of a mechanical parking lot. It is difficult to apply to a large space without

Also, in a large space such as a warehouse, even if there is a partition structure, the disaster prevention curtain must be lowered from a height of over 10 meters to block the target area. In this case, it takes time for the curtain to drop completely, the fire spreads during that time, and there is a problem that sufficient suppression and extinguishing of the fire cannot be expected.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet unfolding device for disaster prevention equipment capable of reliably suppressing and extinguishing fires for facilities such as warehouses with high ceilings and structurally large spatial areas.

(basic effect)
The present invention relates to a sheet deployment device for disaster prevention equipment that suppresses and extinguishes a fire in a protected space, comprising a partition sheet using a cloth-like body having fire resistance, fire resistance, heat resistance, or smoke blocking properties, and a predetermined body means installed at a position to which one end of the partition sheet is fixed; holding means for holding the partition sheet in a non-deployed state; Deploying means for dropping the partition sheet and deploying it so as to partition an arbitrary target compartment including a fire occurrence place in the protected space, and fire extinguishing agent spraying for spraying fire extinguishing foam in the target compartment in the event of a fire in the protected space. Means and both sides of the partition sheet held in the non-deployed state by the holding means are installed corresponding to both sides in the unfolded state, and in the event of a fire in the protected space, the partition sheet unfolded by the unfolding means is placed on the inside of the target compartment. Since one side does not spray the coolant, and the other side facing the outside of the target compartment is equipped with a coolant spraying means that sprays the coolant, when a fire breaks out in a large protected space such as a warehouse, By deploying the partition sheet so as to separate the target area, including the fire location, from the surrounding area, a partition area is formed in the protective space, and it is expected to have the effect of preventing the spread of fire and the spread of smoke by blocking flames, smoke, and heat. can.

The present invention also provides a sheet deployment device for disaster prevention equipment that suppresses and extinguishes a fire in a protective space, comprising a partition sheet using a cloth-like body having fire resistance, fire resistance, heat resistance, or smoke blocking properties, and a protective space. a body means to which one end of the partition sheet is fixed, a holding means using a resin tape that passes under the non-developed partition sheet and has both ends fixed to the body means; In the event of a fire in the protective space, a heater placed across the holding means is energized and heated to fuse the holding means, causing the other end of the partition sheet to fall, and the partition sheet to be placed anywhere in the protective space, including the place where the fire occurs. By spraying fire extinguishing water or fire extinguishing agent such as fire extinguishing foam in the partition compartment partitioned by the deployment of the partition sheet, the sprayed extinguishing agent It does not spread to the surroundings, it is possible to concentrate spraying to the place where the fire broke out, it is possible to suppress and extinguish the fire reliably, the fire extinguishing efficiency is improved, the diffusion of the extinguishing agent to the surroundings is suppressed and prevented, water damage etc. can be minimized.

(Effect of holding state of partition sheet)
In addition, since the holding means holds the partition sheet in a rolled state or a bellows-folded state in the main body means, the sheet unfolding device can be installed on the ceiling side of a protective space with a large space area such as a warehouse. However, since the partition sheet is normally kept compact, the installation space for the protective space is small.

In the event of a fire, by releasing the holding of one end of the partition sheet held in a roll or bellows state, the partition sheet can be reliably dropped by its own weight and reliably expanded vertically. Even when the deployment height of the partition sheet exceeds 10 meters like in a warehouse, the deployment speed of the sheet is fast compared to deploying disaster prevention curtains, etc., and it can be deployed in a short time to deal with fire, and at the same time, it is a complicated device. can be deployed without the need for

(Effect of sheet length of partition sheet)
In addition, since the partition sheet has a sheet length longer than the installation height of the main body means, in the case of conventional steel fire shutters, if there is an obstacle on the floor, it will not fall to the floor, and a gap will be created to extinguish the fire. However, since the cloth partition sheet is flexible, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of gaps by measuring it longer, and the degree of reduction in fire extinguishing and fire spread prevention is reduced. can be suppressed.

(Effect of spraying coolant on seat)
Further, a coolant spraying means for spraying a coolant on the partition sheet developed by the spreading means is provided, and the coolant spraying means sprays the coolant on one side or both sides of the partition sheet spread by the spreading means. Furthermore, since the coolant spraying means sprays cooling water as a coolant, the partitioning sheet is wetted by spraying the cooling water on the partitioning sheet, thereby improving the flame-shielding, smoke-shielding, and heat-shielding properties of the partition sheet. can be further enhanced. In addition, since the cooling water spraying means sprays the cooling water on one side or both sides of the partition sheet as required, for example, fire extinguishing foam is sprayed on the side of the partition sheet on which the fire occurs. By spraying cooling water on the outer sheet surface, which is the opposite side of the fire, the cooling water is sprayed on the outer sheet surface without extinguishing the fire extinguishing foam sprayed on the inside of the seat. It is possible to enhance the flame-shielding, smoke-shielding, and heat-shielding properties of the partition sheet against fire. Here, the side facing the center of the target section is defined as the inner side, and the opposite side is defined as the outer side.

[Basic concept of the embodiment]
The sheet unfolding device 10 of the present embodiment is installed to extinguish a fire that has occurred in a space such as a warehouse, and uses a cloth-like body having fireproof, fireproof, heat-resistant, or smoke-blocking properties. One end of the partition sheet 14 is fixed by a fixing member 15 as fixing means to the apparatus body 12 as main body means fixed at a predetermined position such as the ceiling side of the protective space. In addition, the partition sheet 14 is held in a non-developed state by being rolled or folded into a bellows shape by a holding member 16 as a holding means, and in the event of a fire in the protected space, a latch release operating portion 18 as a deploying means. By releasing the holding of the partition sheet 14 and dropping the other end side, the partition sheet 14 is deployed so as to partition any target section including the place where the fire broke out in the protected space, so when a fire breaks out in the protected space, By deploying the partition sheet 14 so as to separate the target area, including the place where the fire occurs, from the surroundings, a partition area is formed in the protected space, and the flame, smoke, and heat shields prevent the spread of fire and the spread of smoke. It can be expected.

In addition, by spraying a fire extinguishing agent such as fire extinguishing water or fire extinguishing foam in the partition section partitioned by the deployment of the partition sheet 14, the sprayed extinguishing agent is suppressed from scattering around, and the fire occurs. Concentrated spraying is possible to reliably suppress and extinguish a fire, and the scattering of the extinguishing agent to the surroundings is suppressed and prevented, thereby minimizing water damage and the like.

In addition, by spraying the cooling agent from a cooling agent sprinkling head 28, which is a cooling agent sprinkling means, onto the partitioning sheet 14 that has been deployed in the event of a fire to make the partitioning sheet 14 wet, the flame-shielding, smoke-shielding, and heat-shielding properties of the partition sheet 14 can be further enhanced. can be done.

[Sheet unfolding device]
As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet unfolding device 10 has a device main body 12 fixed to the ceiling surface side of the protective space, and one end of a partition sheet 14 serving as partition means is attached to the device main body 12 by the fixing means. The partition sheet 14 is fixed by a fixing member 15, and the partition sheet 14 is suspended in two places on the left and right by holding members 16, which are holding means using wires or ropes, under the device main body 12 in a non-developed state wound in a roll. maintained in a state.

As for the non-deployed state of the partition sheet 14, the partition sheet 14 may be wrapped around the rotating shaft, and in the event of a fire, the latch of the rotating shaft is released so that the partition sheet 14 drops and deploys under its own weight. Alternatively, the partition sheet 14 of the sheet unfolding device 10 may be folded into a bellows shape and held in a non-deployed state, and may be dropped and unfolded when the holding is released in the event of a fire.

The partition sheet 14 is a sheet that can withstand high heat of, for example, 1200° C. and is also called a fireproof sheet, fireproof curtain, fireproof curtain, or the like. As the partition sheet 14, even if it is 1200° C. or less, it is sufficient if it has a heat resistance performance of, for example, several hundred degrees or more.

In addition, the weight of the partition sheet 14 is, for example, about 35 kg when the size is 5 meters wide and 10 meters long, and a steel shutter of the same size exceeds 600 kg, so the weight is about 1/20. The sheet unfolding device 10 can be easily installed in the protective space.

One end of a holding member 16 using a wire or rope is fixed to the device main body 12, and the other end passes through the bottom of the partition sheet 14 wound in a roll shape. 18 so as to be detachably held and prevented from coming off. The latch release operation unit 18 releases the latch by, for example, energizing a solenoid according to an operation signal from the outside.

In the sheet unfolding device 10, when the latch release actuating portion 18 is operated by an actuation signal from the outside in the event of a fire, the other end of the partition sheet 14 is held by the holding member 16 while one end of the partition sheet 14 is fixed to the device main body 12. is released, and as shown in FIG. 2, it drops by its own weight and is deployed downward.

When the holding of the holding member 16 is released by the latch release operating portion 18, the partition sheet 14 having a weight of about 35 kg drops and unfolds with one side fixed. Compared to unwinding, it can be quickly dropped and deployed vertically.

Here, the length of the partition sheet 14 unfolded as shown in FIG. 2 is measured longer than the installation height of the sheet unfolding device 10 in the protection space, so as to have extra length. This is because, in some cases, equipment such as luggage and equipment may be placed on the floor, which is the lower surface of the protective space. This is to make it difficult to do so.

Further, the sheet spreading device 10 is provided with a coolant spraying head 28 which is a coolant spraying means for spraying, for example, cooling water as a coolant on the spread partition sheet 14 in the event of a fire. Coolant sprinkling heads 28 are provided on pipes 29 taken out on both sides of device main body 12, and cooling pipes 44 are connected through inside of device main body 12 to cooling pipes 44 via open/close valves 46. In the event of a fire, a coolant supply facility is provided. 40 (described later), one side of the spread partition sheet 14, for example, the right side of the partition sheet 14 in FIG. ), cooling water is sprayed as a coolant on the outer sheet surface (the left sheet surface in the drawing) which is opposite to the side where the fire occurs.

The cooling water sprayed from the coolant spraying head 28 substantially uniformly wets the outer sheet surface of the spread partition sheet 14 and flows down along the outer sheet surface. The partition sheet 14 may or may not be coated with a resin or the like on the surface of the fabric texture. The sheet surface of the partition sheet 14 is wetted, the cooling water is impregnated into the fabric texture of the partition sheet 14, the gap is closed, the smoke shielding property is improved, and the diffusion of smoke to the outside of the partition sheet 14 is suppressed. . In addition, the impregnation of the sprayed water and the flow down along the surface of the outer sheet cools the partition sheet 14, thereby enhancing the flame-shielding and heat-shielding properties. Of course, it is possible to obtain a predetermined effect even with a coated one.

Here, the reason why the cooling water is sprayed on the outer sheet surface opposite to the side of the fire occurrence side of the partition sheet 14 developed from the coolant spraying head 28 is that the target section partitioned by the deployment of the partition sheet 14 is sprayed with fire extinguishing foam from a fire extinguishing head 26 (described later), and if cooling water from a coolant spraying head 28 is applied to the sprayed fire extinguishing foam, the fire extinguishing foam disappears. be.

When spraying fire-extinguishing water in a partition section including a place where a fire occurs, which is partitioned by the deployment of the partition sheet 14, cooling water may be sprayed on the inner sheet surface, or the inner side of the sheet surface. The cooling water may be sprayed on both the outer surface and the outer surface.

In this embodiment, one coolant spraying head 28 is provided on each side of the sheet unfolding device 10, but a plurality of coolant spraying heads 28 may be arranged side by side according to the sheet width. Also, the cooling pipe 44 for the coolant spraying head 28 may be arranged outside without passing through the apparatus main body 12 . Also, the on-off valve 46 may be built into the device main body 12 instead of being externally attached.

Further, the release of the holding by the spreading means of the partition sheet 14 in the sheet spreading device 10 is performed by a heat-sensitive link using a fusible link that releases the holding by blowing a fuse that receives heat from the fire, in addition to an operation signal from the outside in the event of a fire. It may be an active type. Also, a composite type in which each method is combined depending on the application, scale, and shape may be used.

Furthermore, the holding member 16 as holding means and the latch release operating portion 18 as unfolding means are not limited to this, and an appropriate method can be adopted. For example, a strong and wide resin tape is used as a holding means, and the resin tape is hung from the underside of the partition sheet 14 wound around the apparatus main body 12 in a roll shape, and the resin tape is provided with a resin tape as a spreading means. In the event of a fire, the heater wire is embedded in the position across the , and the resin tape is fused and cut by the heating of the heater wire to release the holding of the partition sheet 14 and drop it, thereby expanding it vertically.

[Installation of the sheet unfolding device in the protected space]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the installation state of the sheet unfolding device with respect to the disaster prevention equipment. As shown in FIG. 3, disaster prevention equipment 20 using the sheet unfolding device 10 of the present embodiment is installed in a protected space 22 such as a large warehouse. Twelve sheet unfolding devices 10 for unfolding partition sheets 14 in the event of fire are arranged in a grid pattern on the upper plane on the ceiling side of the protection space 22. It should be noted that the sheet unfolding device 10 can be installed at a position other than the ceiling surface of the protective space 22, for example, at a spatial position slightly below the ceiling surface.

Sections of the protective space 22 corresponding to the lattice arrangement of the sheet unfolding device 10 divided by dotted lines are defined as target sections A1 to A9 partitioned by the sheet unfolding device 10 unfolding the partition sheet 14 . Also, the size and the number of target sections in the protection space 22 are arbitrarily determined according to the size of the partition sheet 14 developed by the sheet development device 10 .

A sheet deployment control device 32 is provided corresponding to the sheet deployment device 10, and in the sheet deployment control device 32, when a fire occurs in any of the target sections A1 to A9, the target sections A1 to A9 in which the fire occurred. In order to unfold the partition sheet 14 so as to surround each of them, the relationship of the sheet unfolding device 10 to be operated corresponding to the target sections A1 to A9 is stored in advance.

A fire sensor 24 is installed in each of the target sections A1 to A9 on the ceiling surface side in the protective space 22 shown in FIG.

The fire detector 24 has, for example, a transmission function and is assigned a unique address. When a fire alarm is triggered, the fire receiver panel 34 sends a fire signal including its own address. It is possible to identify where the fire broke out, and based on this, output a fire alarm and send a signal to the fire extinguishing control panel 38 indicating the target section where the fire broke out.

For this reason, the seat deployment control device 32 surrounds the target section where the fire broke out, corresponding to any one of the target sections A1 to A9, which is the location of the fire, based on the transfer signal received from the fire receiving panel 34. The sheet unfolding device 10 is operated to unfold the partition sheet 14 as shown.

A fire extinguishing head 26 for spraying a fire extinguishing agent such as fire extinguishing water or fire extinguishing foam is arranged on each of the ceiling surfaces of the target sections A1 to A9 in the protective space 22 shown in FIG. It is connected to the fire extinguishing pipe 42 from the fire extinguishing agent supply facility 36 via the fire extinguishing agent supply facility 36 .

The fire extinguisher supply equipment 36 is a fire pump equipment or a foam fire pump equipment, and when a fire alarm is output by the fire receiver 34, fire extinguishing water is supplied by activating the fire pump equipment, or the foam fire pump equipment Fire-fighting foam is dispensed upon actuation. The fire pump equipment or the foam fire pump equipment is started by manual operation or interlocked start by a transfer signal from the fire receiving panel 34 .

A signal line 45c drawn from a fire extinguishing control panel 38 is connected to the on-off valve 30 . The fire extinguishing control panel 38 opens the on-off valve 30 arranged in the target section where the fire occurred, corresponding to one of the target sections A1 to A9, which is the location of the fire occurrence indicated by the transfer signal received from the fire receiving panel 34. A drive signal is sent to open it, and fire-extinguishing water or fire-extinguishing foam is sprayed to the target section where the fire occurs. The activation of the fire extinguishing pump and the activation of the on-off valve may be performed based on an activation signal transmitted from the seat deployment control device 32 to the fire extinguishing control panel 38 .

As a fire extinguishing means for spraying a fire extinguishing agent in the target sections A1 to A9, for example, a closed sprinkler head may be provided for each of the target sections A1 to A9, or fire extinguishing water may be sprayed from a water discharge nozzle to the target sections A1 to A9. A water gun device may be provided to discharge water to the

In the event of a fire, cooling water is supplied as a coolant from a coolant supply facility 40 to the coolant spray head 28 provided in the sheet spreading device 10, and the sheet surface of the partition sheet 14 spread as shown in FIG. 2 is cooled. Sprinkle cooling water as an agent.

The cooling agent supply equipment 40 is a water pump equipment, which is activated in conjunction with the fire extinguishing agent supply equipment 36 by the fire extinguishing control panel 38, for example, and supplies cooling water to the cooling agent spraying head 28 of the sheet unfolding device 10 through the cooling pipe 44. supply. A signal line (not shown) drawn from a fire extinguishing control panel 38 is connected to the open/close valve 46, and the fire extinguishing control panel 38 receives a signal from the fire receiving panel 34 by a transfer signal. An opening drive signal is sent to the on-off valve 46 (see FIG. 2) corresponding to the outer sheet surface of the sheet unfolding device 10 that partitions the target section where the fire occurred, corresponding to one of the target sections A1 to A9, to open the valve. and spray cooling water on the outer sheet surface of the spread partition sheet 14. 3, the on-off valve 46 is omitted. The fire extinguishing agent supply equipment 36 and the coolant supply equipment 40 may be shared, and similarly, the fire extinguishing pipe 42 and the cooling pipe 44 may be shared.

[Operation of disaster prevention equipment]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing the operation of the sheet spreading device that spreads the partition sheet so as to surround the place where the fire broke out, and the illustration of the coolant spraying head 28 is omitted. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing, in a plane, how cooling water is sprayed with respect to the development of the partition sheet in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, if a fire breaks out in the target section A5 and the corresponding fire detector 24 issues a fire alarm, the detectors are arranged in a rectangular shape on the ceiling surface above the target section A5 that has been determined as the place where the fire broke out. The latch release actuating portions 18 of the four sheet unfolding devices 10 are actuated to release the latches of the holding members 16, the roll-shaped partition sheet 14 is released from holding and falls, and the target section A5 A partition sheet 14 is unfolded so as to surround the four surrounding surfaces, and a partition section is formed by closing the periphery of the target section A5.

Therefore, the flame, smoke and heat generated by the fire generated in the target section A5 are blocked by the partition sheet 14 that surrounds the surrounding area, and its release to the outside is suppressed, thereby substantially forming a fireproof section. can do.

In addition, since the fire extinguishing head 26 sprays fire extinguishing water or fire extinguishing foam to the target section A5 surrounded by the deployment of the partition sheet 14 by opening the on-off valve 30, in the case of the protected space 22 such as a large warehouse, Even if the fire extinguishing head 26 is located at a high position, for example, several meters higher than the ceiling surface, the fire will not dissipate to the surroundings and will be intensively sprayed in the target section A5 surrounded by the partition sheet 14, and will be generated in the target section A5. It is possible to reliably suppress and extinguish an ongoing fire.

Also, when fire-extinguishing water or fire-extinguishing foam is sprayed from the fire-extinguishing head 26, it is blocked by the partition sheet 14 that surrounds the periphery and hardly leaks out to the surroundings, minimizing damage caused by the spraying of fire-extinguishing water or fire-extinguishing foam. It is possible to limit it.

In the target section A5 surrounded by the deployment of the partition sheets 14, a gap is generated at the seam of the four partition sheets 14. To close this gap, for example, the corner portion is closed. An auxiliary partition sheet may be deployed so as to obliquely cross the inner side to close.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, cooling water is sprayed onto the outer sheet surface from the coolant spraying heads 28 provided outside the four sheet spreading devices 10 that spread the partition sheets 14 surrounding the target section A5. As a result, the flame barrier, smoke barrier, and heat barrier properties are enhanced, and by flowing down along the outer sheet surface, a high cooling effect is obtained and heat resistance is enhanced.

Further, the cooling water flows down along the spread partition sheet 14, which increases the weight of the partition sheet 14, and the force applied to pull and spread the sheet downward strengthens the tension of the spread partition sheet 14, thereby shaping it. can keep.

In this case, a plurality of sheet unfolding devices are arranged side by side so that the adjacent partition sheets overlap at the ends to close the gap.
