本出願は、2018年4月16日に中国国家知識産権局に提出された、出願番号を201820534670.5とし、名称を「バックライト光源、バックライトモジュールおよび表示装置」とする中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、当該中国特許出願の開示内容すべてを参照によりここに援用する。

Claims (17)
- 内面側に収容空間が形成された背面基板と、前記背面基板の内面上に設けられた反射シートと、複数の発光素子とを備え、前記反射シートに設けられた少なくとも1つの光修飾領域をさらに有し、前記発光素子から発せられた光を光学処理できる少なくとも1つの光変換素子を前記光修飾領域内に有し、
前記少なくとも1つの光修飾領域は、複数の第1の光修飾領域と、少なくとも1つの地上光修飾領域と、少なくとも1つの第3の光修飾領域とを含み、
第2の光修飾領域は前記第1の光修飾領域に隣接し、隣接する2列の発光素子の間に配置され、
前記背面基板は、底板と、前記底板の縁に設けられた側壁とを有し、前記第3の光修飾領域は、前記底板の、前記側壁に隣接する反射シート上に配置され、かつ第1の光修飾領域に隣接し、
前記第1の光修飾領域のそれぞれ、および少なくとも1つの前記第3の光修飾領域は、複数行および複数列に配置された複数の光変換素子を有し、同一の前記第3の光修飾領域の各光変換素子の大きさは当該光変換素子と前記発光素子との間の距離と正の相関である、バックライト光源。 - 前記発光素子から発せられた光は単色光であり、前記光学処理は前記単色光を混合光に変換する処理である、請求項1に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記混合光は白色光である、請求項2に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記側壁は、縦方向の側壁と、横方向の側壁とを有し、前記光修飾領域は、前記側壁と前記底板の少なくとも一方の上に配置された反射シート上に設けられている、請求項2に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記複数の発光素子は前記収容空間の底板上に複数行複数列に配置され、前記複数の第1の光修飾領域は前記横方向の側壁と前記縦方向の側壁の少なくとも一方に設けられ、発光素子の行方向に沿って前記横方向の側壁に設けられた第1の光修飾領域は発光素子列に対応し、発光素子の列方向に沿って前記縦方向の側壁に設けられた第1の光修飾領域は発光素子行に対応し、前記発光素子の行方向は前記横方向の側壁に平行であり、前記発光素子の列方向は前記縦方向の側壁に平行である、請求項4に記載のバックライト光源。
- 同一の前記第1の光修飾領域において、前記光変換素子の大きさは、当該第1の光修飾領域に対応する発光素子との距離と負の相関である、請求項1に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記発光素子は、前記第1の光修飾領域の前記行方向に沿った幅が前記発光素子の封止領域の幅以下である、請求項6に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記第2の光修飾領域は前記横方向の側壁と前記縦方向の側壁の少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記第2の光修飾領域は前記第1の光修飾領域に隣接して設けられる、請求項5に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記光修飾領域は、少なくとも1つの第4の光修飾領域をさらに有し、前記第4の光修飾領域における複数の前記光変換素子は対応する発光素子を取り囲むように配置されている、請求項4~8のいずれか1項に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記第4の光修飾領域における光変換素子の大きさは、当該第4の光修飾領域に対応する発光素子との距離と負の相関である、請求項9に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記発光素子はレンズ素子と発光ダイオードとを有し、前記発光ダイオードは前記底板上に配置され、前記レンズ素子は前記発光ダイオードの頂部に配置され、かつ前記レンズ素子と前記底板上の反射シートとの間には間隔があり、
前記反射シートへの前記第4の光修飾領域の正投影は前記反射シートへの前記レンズ素子の正投影内にある、請求項10に記載のバックライト光源。 - 同一の前記第1の光修飾領域、前記第2の光修飾領域、前記第3の光修飾領域、前記第4の光修飾領域において前記光変換素子が千鳥状に配置されている、請求項11に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記光変換素子の形状は円形であり、前記第1の光修飾領域、前記第2の光修飾領域、前記第3の光修飾領域、前記第4の光修飾領域における光変換素子の大きさは光変換素子の直径である、請求項12に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記光変換素子は量子ドット材料を有する、請求項1に記載のバックライト光源。
- 前記発光素子は青色光を発することができる、請求項1に記載のバックライト光源。
- バックライト光源と、量子ドット層と、を有するバックライトモジュールであって、前記バックライト光源は請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のバックライト光源であり、前記量子ドット層は前記バックライト光源の光出射側に設けられ、発光素子から発せられた光を白色光に変換可能である、バックライトモジュール。
- 表示パネルと、前記表示パネルの入光側に設けられたバックライトモジュールと、を有する表示装置であって、前記バックライトモジュールは請求項16に記載のバックライトモジュールであり、前記量子ドット層は前記バックライト光源と前記表示パネルとの間に位置する、表示装置。
